Paulo's phone chimes, indicating someone just texted him. "Baby..."
He chuckles. "Yes, Vester? Hello to you."
"Do you hear me..."
He typed. "Yes. I'm listening."
"Yeah the truth is..." He frowned while reading.
"Okay? What truth?" He heaved a sigh as he plays with his pen.
"I've been dyin' cause the distance is disrupting me and you..." He chuckles.
"Awit. Miss mo na naman ako?" He laughed. They've been video calling last three hours and now, Vester is here again, acting like a baby.
"Oo. Bakit? Ako ba, hindi mo na-miss?" Vester even dares to put a frown emoji.
He typed. "Syempre, I missed you too. Nakakalungkot lang kasi ang layo mo na naman."
His phone chimes. "Sorry jowa koooooo. Lagi nalang kitang iniiwan. For work purposes lang naman. I swear, sa'yo lang po uuwi."
He laughs faintly. "Jowa na naman? Ayoko nga niyan eh. Anyways, work ka lang ng mabuti riyan. Dito lang naman ako eh. Hihintayin ka."
"Nalulungkot ka ba?" Vester asked.
"Sort of." He admitted.
"I wanted to send you something sana kaso ayaw naman akong payagan. Hindi raw ako kasya sa parcel HUHUHUHU." The ever dramatic Vester is back again.
"Ang cute mo pero luma na ang quotes mo." He commented that earns an angry emoticon from the younger.
"Naks. Nagbibiro lang, Tey. Huwag na ikaw magalit." He smiled widely.
"Pag uwi ko, pakasal tayo?" This made Paulo's face flushed heavily.
"Ha? Pakasal agad-agad?"
"Joke lang. Pasyal. Oo, pasyal talaga iyan. Typo lang, mahal HAHAHAHAHA!" He rolled his eyes.
"Lagi talaga akong kinakabahan sa mga typo mo, Vester. Noon ka pa talaga." He clears his throat while shaking his head.
"I think, from now on ay typo na ang branding ko. For the kaba ba this ferzown?" He chuckles once again.
"Alam mo ikaw, mamaya ka pag-uwi mo. Gigil mo ako."
"Pau-Pau, ikaw dapat ang mamaya sa'kin. Ever since na naging tayo, wala man lang akong I love you mula sa'yo Huhuhuhu..."
He bit his lower lip. "I'd do anything for you, Vester. You trust me?"
"With all my heart, baby. Waaaaah! I want a kisssssss..." He can almost hear Vester's whining voice in his head.
He typed. "Muah!"
"Babe... where you at? Miss you so much." Paulo pouted. He'd be lying if he'll say he didn't miss Vester because the truth is that he's one step closer to purchasing a ticket and fly to Zamboanga just to follow him.
"We'll call later, okay? For now, tatapusin ko muna ang buong song arrangements ni Ken tapos I'll beep you up once I'm done."
"Okay, Pau. Hihintayin kita. Luto lang akong sinigang tas lalantakan ko. Iisipin kong kasama kita habang kumakain ako. Hayst." He smiled tightly. He guess that Vester is really upset about not seeing him but they both know that they have still lives apart from being a couple.
"Gonna sing a song for you later, baby. Bye for now. Ingat ka, uuwi ka pang buo sa'kin." He's trying to lighten up the mood.
"Ansbshjsdd fjdjdjsbd d bshs sndbd d."
He furrowed his brows upon Vester's smashing of keyboard. "What did I do this time?"
"You call me baby anshshd dnjdjdhebs."
He laughed heartily. "You said before that I can call you Vester, Tey-Tey or if for my liking, I'm gonna call you baby. Sumusunod lang naman ako sa sinabi mo."
He remembered it again; how they started and how fate brought them up together. It's like they both have an invisible strings attached and when their knots moves, them being a soulmate collides as one.
"Ang cute." He commented with a blushing face.
