Gavin closed his laptop and stretched. For the past two days he had been concentrating on a long blog post about a photography exhibition that required quite a bit of research. He had done a shorter article for the newspaper. He had also worked on the communication of the Red Pandas and updated all the networks in a more professional way. Gavin felt his eyes burn from staring at the screen too much. He now knew the songs by heart and had decided to do a series of articles about the band both professionally and personally and sent a first draft to Peter. The young journalist had spent a lot of time talking with Peter and the latter was thinking about something that could push the Red Pandas in the right direction. Still, everything should go well on Saturday. Gavin was confident. Tonight's live was well received and many fans relayed the upcoming event on social media. Gavin was also processing private messages from fans, some a little chilling in their enthusiasm. If tonight's live went well, Gavin might consider expanding the network even further and with Peter's help that might launch the band's career. Peter took the group seriously. He intended to attend the live discreetly and assess his proteges with a professional eye.

Gavin looked at the clock and stalked into the shower. Peter was picking him up to go to the studio. He chooses to wear comfortable clothes that are more than aesthetic: denim jeans, a dark wool sweater with a turtleneck, a pair of leather boots and his winter coat with a colorful scarf and a hat. Once ready, he took his eternal bag with his computer and his notebook and his telephone. He glanced at it quickly. He still hadn't called Winnie back and had only exchanged messages with the members of the Red Panda in a professional way but no intimate message with Marc. What about their situation? Gavin couldn't tell...he left his apartment and waited in the lobby of his building until Peter arrived in his red coupe.

Gavin hurried into the car. The night was freezing and even if it wasn't raining, the breeze seeped in everywhere. Once installed in the warmth and the greetings passed, they resumed their conversation on the organization of the festival as if there had been no intervention. Peter told him that he had succeeded to negotiate to rent the covered market in the neighborhood for the festival, which would allow groups and visitors alike to avoid freezing to death in the street. The installation had already begun , the technical part too. Peter was nervous even though he kept a confident face. Then the conversation veered to Gavin's various articles projects.

— You could consider doing individual interviews of a few minutes, this will complete the written text.

— Yes, that's what I thought to do next week. I work with Nelly on an interactive site.

— Where are they with their mockup?

— Jordan says that two songs are still to be worked on. I think I'll save the live as well tomorrow. A live version of one or two songs could be interesting , not to mention the covers .

— And for paid music platforms?

— We haven't talked about it yet but I think the most relevant would be to wait for the songs of the album to be finalized... for the moment there are some demos on their Youtube channel . Do you know someone for the design of the cover?

Peter smiled softly.

— I will surely resume service.

Gavin turned to his friend and mentor.

— What do you mean ?

Peter took advantage of a red light to look at Gavin's face.

— It's an idea that has crossed my mind several times and I think the time has come. Gavin, how about learning how to be a band manager? I will teach you what I know and introduce you to my contacts.
