Gavin was sitting in the corner of the drama class. Marc, sitting cross-legged with the other students, surrounded the teacher who was giving instructions for the next workshop. The manager tapped away on his phone, checking social media to keep up to date with what fans were thinking. He was following with a boilerplate account various members of the fan club who, unknowingly, were doing a very good job of collecting data. He had even unwittingly found Winnie's account. He didn't think she would stay after their separation, but he was wrong. He found the enthusiasm of the young woman and her good humor in her posts, and this sent him back to the beginning of their relationship. He smiled while going up the thread of the young woman because he realized that she was one of Simon's admirers. He would make sure she had a pass to the next event the band was performing at. He switched to his "manager" account and took a short video of Marc reading aloud one of the texts they were going to work on next and posted it on Instagram. He then consulted his work emails and answered some briefly. He was disturbed while reading a contract by a shadow in front of him. He looked up at the drama teacher. She smiles at him. Gavin looked around.

— Did I make too much noise? I'm sorry, I...

— No. Everything is fine. I wanted to see if you would agree to come and work with us for a moment.

—Me?

— I need a guinea pig and as you are the only one here, so it will be you. Come, it won't take long.

Gavin put away his tablet and stood up.

— What do I have to do?

The woman smiled at him.

— Absolutely nothing.

She took his hand and made him stand in the center of the circle, on a high stool. She turned to one of the girls.

— Andrea, you start.

She set up a second stool and told Gavin.

— Be natural. You are in a bar, and you are accosted.

Andrea walked over to Gavin and hugged him. She was rather pretty with her big eyes and tapers.

— Hi, my name is Andrea. Is this space available?

She pushed her hair back, highlighting her throat.

— You do not think it's hot?

Gavin didn't know where to go or what to do.

The whole group laughed and heckled the young woman. The professor clapped his hands.

— A bit too dynamic Andrea. Mason, your turn.

The only other man in the group walked over to Gavin. He was quite pleasant to look at, but something about the way he moved didn't sit well with Gavin. The man sat next to him and just stared at him for a minute without speaking. Gavin started fidgeting in his chair uncomfortably. He saw Marc reach out his hand to him. He straightened up and met his gaze at the man.

— Sorry, I'm expecting someone.

— How can you be kept waiting like this? Let me buy you a drink while you wait.

Gavin smiled.

— The person I'm waiting for is very possessive.

Marc's arm crashed heavily around Gavin's shoulders.

— And very jealous.

He pulled him against his chest, smiling wickedly at Masson. There were whistles and boos. Gavin felt his ears blush but didn't move. The professor clapped her hands again.

— Interesting intervention Mark. Your turn. Take your seats. Don't forget Gavin, you don't know him. Good. Go for it.

Marc closed his eyes and sighed, then went to sit next to Gavin. Marc opened his mouth to get out the sentence he had prepared but their eyes met, clung. They were back in the little bar in the middle of November with the added knowledge of each other's taste. Marc reached out to touch his cheek and Gavin tilted his head, but their eyes didn't let go. The spell broke when the professor clapped her hands once more. Marc shook himself first and pulled away from Gavin.
