Stark's Cabin, New York- 2023

Nish stood in a short black skater dress with a pair of thin black tights and a pair of black flats on. Her arms were covered by a black blazer. She had natural make up on and her hair was in its natural curly state. Raz wore a black shirt that had the sleeves rolled up to his elbows making it a 3/4 sleeve shirt and the top two buttons undone. This was tucked into a pair of black skinny jeans which were tucked into his black combat boots. Bucky was dressed in a pair of black leather jeans, black leather boots and a black leather jacket which was done completely up.

Nish and Raz had their arms linked together as they stood in front of Wanda, Bucky and Sam. The 5 of them stared out on to the lake as they watched Tony's arc-reactor float on the lake. Sam could see the guilt Bucky had on his face as he never apologised to Tony about his parents, so he placed a hand on his shoulder to comfort him. Bucky gladly accepted this kind gesture.

After a few moments of silence, everyone began to disperse and talk quietly amongst each other.  Whilst Bucky talked to Steve, Nish and Raz sat down facing the lake. Nish was scrolling through the photos on her new phone. She recovered all the photos she had on her destroyed phone onto her new phone which she was happy about as it meant that she could look at all the photos she had with Nat.

She told Bucky and Raz everything she had done over the past 5 years including her freezing herself. Bucky was not happy by that but Raz was kind of glad as it meant that they were only a year apart in age. They both, however, still referred to each other as twins. She told them about her life at school as well as her sexuality. They were both happy for her which of course she knew they would be.

Raz pointed to the photo of Nish and Nat together having Starbucks. 'I like that photo.' He signed when Nish looked at him. She smiled at the photo that she kept on her bedside table at the Compound.

"It's my favourite photo with her." She explained. "I had this photo and..." She continued to scroll until she found the photo she was looking for. "...this photo framed on each of the bedside tables as they were my two favourite ones." Raz studied the photo and smiled. It was a selfie he took where he's smiling and Nish is behind him with her tongue sticking out and sticking two fingers up to show a peace sign. The best part of the photo was Bucky who looked confused with the selfie as he couldn't comprehend how he was appearing on a screen.

'That's my favourite photo.'  He signed. 'I don't think Bucky will ever understand the concept of a smartphone.' They both laughed at the comment.

"What are you two laughing at?" Bucky interrupted as he snuck up behind the two.

"Nothing." Nish said as she switched the phone off and shoved it in her pocket. Raz gave Bucky an innocent smile.

"Hmmmm." Bucky hummed not believing them but let it slide anyway.

"Shall we go?" He asked.

"Yeah, sure." Nish got up followed by Raz. The three of them walked towards the car that T'Challa bought for them. He also bought them a large 4 bedroom 2 storey house in New York that they lived in. It had a lot of land for them to relax outside in. This meant that Nish and Raz could go to school and the three of them could live in a house like a family and not be bothered by anyone.

The three of them were also informed that as a condition to their pardoning, they all had to attend therapy. Nish thought it was a stupid idea as nobody could ever clear their minds of what they had been through but Raz and Bucky agreed as it meant they no longer had to be on the run.

They all continued to have night terrors; at least one of them would wake up in the night from the nightmares and then would usually sit outside on the porch swing and watch the sunrise. Despite not needing sleep, Nish and Raz chose to go to bed every night as they wanted to be as normal as possible. They also didn't want Bucky being the only one suffering through night terrors.

About a few weeks after the funeral, Bucky went out without telling the twins where. They both sat at home waiting for him to come home and when he did, he sat on the sofa and cried. Nish and Raz sat with him and comforted him as he explained that Steve returned the stones and decided to live with the woman he loved.

This upset Nish as Steve didn't even say goodbye but she didn't show it as Bucky needed her to be strong as he mourned his best friend.

Life began to change for the three of them. They all started going to therapy. Bucky's therapist tasked him with a task of making amends with the people that he did wrong and only then would he be able to stop going.

Nish and Raz saw a children's therapist. They both had separate sessions but they shared the same therapist. Raz was quite open to his therapist as she was fluent in ASL that made him respect her as they would do the whole session in silence only talking with their hands.

Nish, however, was a completely different case. She had only fully opened up to one person in her life and that was Natasha. She told her secrets that she hadn't even told Bucky or Raz and she wanted to keep it that way. She never wanted to open those wounds again. Her therapist was understanding of her silence so they would sit there and talk about casual things like the weather and what she had learnt at school. Her therapist was waiting for her to be comfortable with her so didn't ask any personal questions. It was a long process but she would eventually open up.

The twins both attended High School. In that September, they both entered Senior year. Nish finally got the courage to tell Hayley about her feelings. Hayley understood but had to explain to Nish that she wasn't attracted to girls. Nish accepted the answer and they still remained friends; there was no awkwardness between the two of them. She also told Hayley about who she really was, an ex-HYDRA assassin who lived with two other ex-assassins. Hayley still accepted her no matter what as she didn't judge someone on something they were forced to do.

The three of them were finally living normally.

As normally as 3 ex-assassins could.
