Bucharest, Romania- 2016

In the two years that they have been on the run, the ex-HYDRA assassins decided follow the Winter Soldier who they have found out is named Bucky.

After spying on him at the Smithsonian two years ago, they decided to keep their distance. He was trying to discover who he was and it wasn't fair if they came back into his life leaving him with reminders that they had met through HYDRA. Nish and Raz, whom had both nicknamed each other, were determined to keep a safe distance so they wouldn't ever have to go through the heart break of losing him through rejection rather than death.

They knew that he knew they were out of the base as he saw the files on HYDRA which showed that they went to DC on a mission and nothing was updated afterwards. That gave him enough peace that they would be alright. He knew that if he ever tried to search for them, it would lead to dead ends. He wasn't skilled for the hunt, just the slaughtering. They, however, knew exactly how to stay hidden. He didn't know that they lived in the same city right across the road from each other. They didn't know that he so desperately wanted to hold the two of them as he had done so many years ago when one of them would wake up from night terrors.

Nish and Raz were both sitting on the sofa in their apartment. They had their legs up leaning on opposite arms of the sofa so they were facing each other. They easily managed to get money via hacking into peoples bank accounts and stealing it. They always stole from the rich who wouldn't miss any of the money stolen. With this money, they managed to rent a small two bedroom flat and make themselves a fake identity. They were now two children whose parents would work long hours day and night to provide for the struggling family. Of course in a city this big, no one noticed them. The landlord didn't care for their story, as long as he received the monthly rent, they could be the assassins they actually were for all he cares. 

Raz threw the rubber he was holding at Nish to gain her attention. It of course worked.

'Why don't you find something more interesting to do instead of moping around like you did yesterday. I understand that you miss him, I do too, but I hate seeing you so upset.' Raz signed as he watched Nish look at the strip of photos of the three of them smiling in a photo booth at a mall acting like a family. This photo was taken in 2008 right before they killed a HYDRA scientist and the KGB scientists he was leaking information to. This also meant that they killed a dozen other people who had witnessed it.

Nish let a sigh escape her lips. "I know. It's just I really miss him. I always hope that maybe if I watch these photos long enough, they will begin to move like the ones in Harry Potter do." She replied referring to the movie series they constantly watch.

Raz gave her a sad smile before returning back to the sketch of a bird he was doing. He enjoyed sketching, it was something he wasn't allowed to do in HYDRA but once he saw someone in the streets of Bucharest sketching a busy street, he fell in love with the concept. He adored sketching Nish when she was laughing at the funny part of a TV show or when she smiled when a song she loved played on the radio.

Nish found a passion for music. The only music she ever heard was the same piece of ballet music that she would constantly have to dance to. She loved dancing to the pop music that would blast at maximum volume around the apartment. When she knew the words, she would always join in. The one thing that she was glad that happened was being taught to dance. Even though it was always the same warmup and dance, she used her knowledge and taught herself how to dance in so many other ways.

She decided to turn on the TV to give her attention to something else. As she switched it on with the remote, a news flash appeared on the screen.

"Peste 70 de persoane au fost rănite. Cel puțin 12 sunt morți, inclusiv regele T'Chaka din Wakanda. Oficialii au lansat un videoclip cu un suspect pe care l-au identificat ca fiind James Buchanan Barnes, Soldatul de Iarnă. Infamul agent HYDRA, legat de numeroase acte de terorism și asasinate politice." ("More than 70 people have been injured. At least 12 are dead, including Wakanda's King T'Chaka. Officials have released a video of a suspect who they have identified as James Buchanan Barnes, the Winter Soldier. The infamous HYDRA agent, linked to numerous acts of terrorism and political assassinations.") The TV blurted out.
