A/N- Guess who ended up doing part two? Yep, that's right. Pressure at its finest lol.

This one is well...you'll see. Its something I guarantee all of you will enjoy. Still the same fiery rage we saw last time just a bit better if you know what I mean.

Without further ado, please enjoy part two to Unmovable and don't forget to leave your thoughts! :)

ps. I didn't edit this (whoops) I literally just finished this and it's too late for me to edit lol. So if you see any mistakes, no you didn't.

Guilt.

It was something that never looked good on the face of Matt Murdock. The gut wrenching feeling that pounded in his heart as he sat at his desk, drawing his attention away from the case in front of him. He hated this feeling. Like a centipede creeping in the darkest corners of a room, edging towards the light in desperate attempts to escape.

"Matt." Foggy's voice snapped Matt from his thoughts. For three days now Matt couldn't get you off his mind. Something just felt...off. He knew you both where forces to be reconned with. You went from being fire on fire to fire and ice, unable to be paired to the slightest degree. "Are you listening?"

Matt didn't really want to talk about how he was feeling, mainly because Foggy would agree with you.

He would go off on Matt and call him a dick, blaming him for the failed friendship that now lives in his mind like a video on replay. No matter how many years went by, Matt lived in a spinning carousel of reminders of how he fucked up.

Matt shook his head, "Sorry, just zoned out." Matt leaned back into his seat, "What where you saying, again?"

"I was saying I was planning on grabbing a drink at Josie's with Marci and I was asking if you would want to come?" Foggy grabbed his  messenger bag, tossing it over his shoulder as he pushed in the chair that he sat in at the conference table. "It would give you something to do other then stay at your apartment alone on a Friday night."

"I'm not sure-" Matt hesitated. "I'm tired and I haven't slept since we started the Soprano's case a few days back." He ran his hands over his face before leaning forward in the direction of the table. He wasn't lying, he was exhausted. Just not because of work, but rather the pain in his stomach that made his entire body grow tight. "I think it's best if I just finish up some work and then head home."

Matt wanted to be brief. The curiosity in his friends voice though wanted otherwise.

"Alright, buddy." Foggy was anything but convinced. Matt was a terrible actor. "Whatever you say." He began to walk towards the door, leaving Matt alone. He stopped short, turning back. "And hey, make sure you turn the lights off before you leave. You may not be able to see the electricity bill, but I can."

Matt gave Foggy a frown as he gave him a thumbs up. "See you, Fog."

"So long, Murdock." Foggy called out, just as the sound of the door shutting filled Matt's ears.

Matt had always liked being alone. It was something he grew a liking towards after moving out of the orphanage. Something about being in silence and having a whole place to yourself was like Disneyland for Matt. It was the very short amount of time that he was able to focus on work--and work alone

Yet tonight, he couldn't stop his mind from racing. He typed away at his laptop, finding himself deleting paragraphs on top of paragraphs from his closing statement. He couldn't fucking focus. Matt ran his hands over his face again, convincing himself mentally to snap out of it. If he just got this paragraph done, he would be set for trial on Monday. So why was this so hard?
