44. Breaking the Curse

'I know you are intelligent enough not to call the police' Jungkook stared at the message emotionless.

"It's already seven" Gaeul reminded him and the younger just nodded at him.

"What's our plan?" Taehyung asked.

"Nothing. Just going and giving whatever he wants" Jungkook said still not taking his eyes off of the message.

"But he can do anything to you both" Taehyung said not believing what the younger was saying.

"I don't care" Jungkook said in a monotone.

"But we do" now Hoseok spoke up, irritated at his behaviour. At that time they all received a message from Namjoon simultaneously.

'Meet me in the parking lot' the message said. With confusion, they headed to the parking lot with Taehyung dragging is cousin along with him.

"What's it, hyung?" Taehyung asked when they reached the place. Beside Namjoon stood a tall girl with a confident stance. He was not that pale but her beauty can make any man go on his knees. Her eyes were firm and she had a curvy and muscular body.

"Meet Ms Jessi, head of North Seoul police department. She is gonna help us"

Jungkook and Gaeul looked at each other and then at the old warehouse. The plan was that Jungkook would have a chip on his clothes and when they were sure that Jimin was safe, they just need to alert the police who were just outside in the bushes. The father son duo halted when they saw two men at its entrance. They walked to them and began to check them with the metal detector. Gaeul passed through and his heart was thumping loudly at the chances of them getting caught.

'Piiiiii.....piiiii' the detector cried when it touched Jungkook's neck and he froze. The men just laughed at him.

"You think you are so smart? Huh?" They mocked him and took off the chip and pushed them both inside. Jungkook and Gaeul followed the path and reached the heart of the building and saw Jimin. He was tied to a chair and his white suit was now dirty. Jimin had his eyes closed, probably passed out.

The duo began to take run to Jimin when some men caught them.

"So eager, aren't you?" A familiar voice said and a very handsome man climbed down the stair case chuckling.

"I'm Hyunjin. Nice to meet you" the man said and finally stood in front of Jungkook and Gaeul.

"What do you want?" Jungkook asked gritting his teeth in anger. Hyunjin pretended to think.

"Like I already said, I want Hyunji corps"

"Are you kidding me? How can I just give you my company just like that? Do you know how hard I have worked for that?" Gaeuk asked, unbelievble at Hyunjin's ridicle. But Hyunjin was not joking either.

"Then it's your choice" he said walking backwards still looking at them to Jimin. When he reached he took a knife and pointed it near Jimin's neck.

"NO...." Jungkook's heart picked the speed.

"You bastard.... I will give you many shares. Don't hurt him, please" Gaeul said as fast as he can making Hyunjin chuckle.

"You love your mama so much, don't you?" He said leaving the two men shocked as to how this man got this information.

"How do you know this?" Jungkook asked bewildered.

"Oh, now do i have to answer your questions?" Hyunjin scoffed and snapped his fingers. Someone walked behind Hyunjin. Their eyes widened when they realised who it was.
