I open my eyes feeling rain fall down on my head, I look around seeing I'm back in the garden again, it was more gloomy this time. I look down at my hand to see myself holding an umbrella. I begin to walk forward as I see Amanda standing near a white tree.

"Hello, Amanda." I greet her as I continue to walk up to her. "Connor, I've been expecting you... would you mind a little walk?" She asked. I nodded and opened up the umbrella, I then stand by her side holding the umbrella above us to block the rain.

"That Deviant seemed to be an intriguing case." Amanda says as we walk along the walkway by the pond. "A pity you didn't manage to capture it..." She says glaring at me.

"Deviants are completely irrational, which makes it difficult to anticipate their behaviour... but I should have been more effective." I replied to her. "Did you manage to learn anything?" She then asked me. "The walls of the apartment were covered with drawings of labyrinths and other symbols. Like the other Deviants, it seemed obsessed with rA9." I replied.

"What else?" She asked me.

"It was fascinated by birds. We've seen other Deviants interested in other life forms like insects or pets, but nothing like this." I replied.

"You came very close to capturing that Deviant..." Amanda said as she glares at me again, I knew she was angry that I failed to capture it, but when I saw the Detectives face when she fell over the side I just couldn't let her fall. She would have hated me...

"How is your relationship with the Lieutenant and the Detective developing?" Amanda then asked me. "She was grateful that I saved her life on the roof, I believe the Lieutenant was too he cares about her a lot." I said, as I look away from Amanda, my free hand was now on my cheek where the Detective had kissed me. I missed the feeling of her lips on my cheek. But that's against my program, I'm not supposed to miss anything.

As we make it to the bridge, I turn to stand in front of Amanda who had stopped walking. She looked at me seeming upset. "We don't have much time. Deviancy continues to spread. It's only a matter of time before the media finds out about it. We need to stop this, whatever it takes."

"I will solve this investigation, Amanda. I won't disappoint you." I said to her, firmly. "A new case just came in. Find Anderson and L/N and investigate it." She says walking away, leaving me alone on the bridge.

I opened my eyes and decided the Detective would be the easier one to find and to cooperate with me. Once I arrived at her house I saw that some of the lights were on confirming that she was home. I knocked the door first, no response. I noticed a door bell and rang it once.

"I'm coming, hold on!" I heard a voice yell from somewhere in the house, a few moments later the door opened slightly as I saw the Detective peer through the gap as she notices it was me, she opens the door completely. "Connor? Why are you here? Sorry that was rude, hey."

"Hello, Detective." I said as I look at her, she was dressed in a pair of shorts with a large t-shirt on.

"Everything okay?" She asked me as I nodded.

"A new case just came in and I need yours and Lieutenant Anderson's help." I replied, she instantly looked down at her clothes and sighed. "Uh, yeah okay... I just need to get changed out of this, then I'll be ready. You can come in, I just have to go down to the basement and turn the tv off and get D/N." She says as she moves out the way, letting me enter I shut the door behind me so she doesn't have to. She then disappears through a door, I glance around the room to see a tv, why does she have one in the basement too?
