The Cornucopia was replenished with food, supplies, weapons, and memoirs from the tributes' families.
The only person who decided to go was Siegfried. Even though nobody was there, he couldn't help put look over his shoulder every few seconds. It felt like somebody was watching him from a distance.
At first, he planned to simply grab as much food as possible before leaving, but that was all thrown out the window when he saw what was in the center of the Cornucopia.
Soul Calibur, stunning in its magnificent beauty, stood tall above all the other weapons that littered the ground. It was just as he remembered. The blue crystal center of its crossguard almost appeared to glow in the rising sunlight.
With a tired sigh, Siegfried threw his old sword, Requiem, to the ground. He knew that, in order to win this thing, he would need his most powerful weapon.
Just like King Arthur pulling Excalibur from the stone, Siegfried pulled the holy Soul Calibur out of the ground.
He hoisted the sword onto his shoulder, ready for the next battle that awaited him.
