No one to witness
Lay there awake drowning in self doubt
The light in me going out
Then you came
Your wings white and bright
Your halo lighting up my life
An Angel like you
Was able to fall in love with me and my demons that rule
You promised you'd bring me back from the edge
That you wouldn't let me walk off the ledge
Hands together
You promised forever
When I fall you catch me
Never again will I lay on the floor, this I see
I don't understand
