Chapter 6:
"I promise..."

Amy's POV:
I scream and kicked at the robot. His grip pretty tight. But he did not let me go until we entered Eggman's base. "Robo Destroyer 4000, release her." (A/N: LOL cringy robot name I know, I couldn't think of anything but I mean hell, most of Eggman's robots have cringy robot names anyway.) He drops me hard as I land roughly on the ground.

I pick myself up immediately taking out my hammer. "What do you WANT Eggman!" He snarled. "Oh, I wouldn't do that if I were you. While I was distracted by Eggman, the robot quickly took my hammer away and smacked me with it. I was sent flying to the wall right into a container that closes as soon as I hit the ground.

I immediately start banging on the glass as Eggman sat there laughing at me. "And what's just SO funny?" I growl. "Oh you see Amy, as you were handling my Robo Destroyer 4000, he put a chip on you." I freak out for a second. I immediately start searching for it, looking everywhere on myself. Eggman was holding out a button in his hands.

As soon as he pressed I immediately felt the shock felt wave of pain I was feeling. I hold myself waiting for the pain to go away, screaming and yelling. "If you cooperate with me you won't have to feel as much pain." He chuckled. Sonic. Where are you? Please come soon. All of my thoughts rushing through my head. All I can think about is Sonic right now. I laid there in pain waiting for my hero to arrive.

Sonic's POV:
I scrambled through Tails things quickly and messily. "where are THE GOD DAMN KEYS?" I hiss and yell to myself. Tails was always so messy. Doesn't matter now. He's dead. I scramble through more things, finding the keys. "FINALLY." I say aloud relieved. I hop in the X tornado and put the keys in the engine. I don't know where you are right now but I'm coming Amy. I start the engine and fly out of Tails workshop determined to find Amy.

Amy's POV:
God. I can barely see. He's been torturing me for hours. I should've just cooperated. At this point I can't feel any part of my body. Am I dying? The thoughts sat in my head as Eggman sent one last shockwave into my body. I scream and yell in pain. "Now let me ask you again, pinkie. What are you going to do for me?" I growl. "Fuck. Off." As I kicked the glass hard even though it didn't do anything. Eggman snarled and summoned his robot again.

"Robo Destroyer 4000, get, the special tube and retrieve it to me at once." The robot quickly obeyed and came back a couple minutes later. Special tube? What does he mean? I couldn't help but be curious on what they're planning. He gives it to Eggman. I couldn't help but ask, "What is THAT?" Eggman turns to face me and explains, "You see the tiny pipe connected to your container?" I look around for it. "Yeah, so?"

I scoff as I continue to lay on the ground, in too much pain to get up. "You see all I have to do is extract this into here" he Pops off the lid of the tube. "And poor it directly into the pipe which will lead into your container." He explains. What the hell is that stuff gonna do to me? "What is it gonna do to me?" I ask. Eggman just smirks and says, "Oh, you'll see when your stupid little boyfriend comes to try and save you." I growl. "Shut.Up."

Eggman laughs and continues to torture me. Orbot and Cubot are jsut standing there a little concerned. "Eggman don't you think this is too far? If you keep shocking her you're going to Kill her." Cubot walks over to the container to comfort me.

I always knew there's two weren't really evil. They should really join our side. We could use them. Plus Eggman treats them like garbage. "Hmm. Excellent observation Orbot." Eggman stops shocking me for a second. "Listen. Amy, everything is gonna be okay. Look. Just. Stay calm ok?" He reassured me. "Why don't you just join our side? I know you two aren't really evil. I know you would miss your boss but can't you see he's only using you?"

They think for a moment. Looking at each other then back at me. Orbot seems to sadden. "You're right. Maybe perhaps if I can find a way to get you out of here..I can..come with you?" I smile at them. "Of course. We could really use you on our team." They get s little excited and Eggman comes through the sliding doors. Again. "What is all that blabbering about?" Eggman scolded them.

They stopped immediately and saddened. "Oh, it's nothing boss." "Good. Now shut up and keep and eye on her." Eggman said  annoyingly. "Yes, boss." They both said as they started to talk to me again. I miss you Sonic. I'll be strong. For you.
