Ty Lee hadn't seen or heard anything from Azula for a whole week.

She had only received a small note from the Princess, hand delivered to her by one of the servants from the palace the day right after the eclipse.

Sorry I didn't come meet you back at the bunkers last night, but I'm fine.

I will see you soon.

Azula.

That's all it said. Nothing more.

Ty Lee felt confused and uncertain of what was going on in between the palace walls.

She just knew, thanks to Mai, that Zuko had left the Capital during the eclipse, and that he was now considered a traitor to the Fire Nation.

Ever since Mai read Zuko's letter, she had been acting as distant as ever, and stayed in her room for the most part.

Ty Lee never saw her shed a tear, but she could tell Mai was completely heartbroken.

Even though she had tried lifting her spirits up, Mai was more shut down emotionally than usual, and the more the brunette tried to help her, the more Mai kept her distance.

She decided to give her some space to process her emotions, but instead she was left worrying more about Azula, who hadn't even said anything about the whole thing and was back alone in the Palace.

Maybe Azula and Zuko weren't the best of siblings, but Ty Lee knew deep down, she did care for him to some extent.

Maybe Azula was still processing his departure, just like Mai was.

Azula woke up right before sunrise, just like she had done all past week.

She stretched her arms, got up her bed, put her long red silk robe on, and went over to look at herself in her full body mirror.

Her silky black hair had grown longer. She didn't even dared to think it, but the older she got, the more she resembled her mother.

Her piercing amber eyes however, shown just how more meticulous and calculated she had become throughout these past few days.

After the day of the Black Sun, all responsability and pressures had been put on top of Azula yet again, and she was terrified of losing Ozai's favor, and him treating her like the new Zuko.

No cracks could be shown anymore. Not in the palace. Not before her father's eyes.

She went over to her bathroom and took a long and indulgent shower, later three different maids combed her long beautiful hair to perfection, and did her manicure and pedicure at the palace's spa.

After getting dressed and looking near perfect, she took four servants and went over to Mai's house.

Her servants opened up the curtains for her and she descended from the palanquin. She then approached the big door and ringed the bell.

The door was opened just a few seconds later, just by the person Azula intended to visit.

''Azula!'' Ty Lee said surprised when she saw the girl she loved standing outside the door.
