Hyunjin and Jisungs conversation was very much one sided on the way to the dorms. Hyunjin did the talking while Jisung nodded and kept his mind focus on getting home where it was warm.

Hyunjins small lie to the older fellow at the café was a total bluff. There was no car. Walking back in the freezing cold became a jog, which picked up into a sprint. Jisung didn't mind the cold perse, but Hyunjin? He was not a fan in slightest, but today was different.

Hyunjin felt alive for the first time in awhile. He observed the rosey cheeks and subtle eye shifting of Jisungs. It seemed calculated and cautious. It looked calm and free in some form.

Maybe it was because they were going back to the school where Minho was at the very moment?

Maybe its a sign of being relaxed and content with ones day, but there somehoe looked to be subtle creased brows in thought.

Or was it because its cold.

Hyunjin wouldn't know.

Eitherway it was a change from the usual lowered head and hiding behind the shadows.

"Jisung-ah?"

"Mhmm?" Jisung replied with a hum.

"Did you stay at the school for break?"

Jisung stopped walking, with a small huff, but nodded none the less.

"I did. I don't have anywhere else to go. So I stayed at the school with Minho-Hyung." He choked out in small breaths as he picked his pace up again.

"Did Minho-Hyung not go home?"

Jisung stopped again, this time very much more apparent.

"Ask him. If you want to talk to him, don't go through me. Don't be a coward..." Jisung mumbled the last part. It just slipped out. His ease of holding what he though always slipped out recently. Both the good and bad.

Will he hate me for snapping?

Why am I upset?

"Ahh, I didn't mean like that. He bever had a good relationship with his family, but he always went." Hyunjin backed up his statement. He didn't mean to make it sound like he wanted information about the older.

"In a way, I guess I am a coward. I hurt him as much as I hurt you..."

Jisung looked at the older with confusion? He remembers Minho defending him, he remembers Chan saying Hyunjin was toxic.

What was the real Hyunjin?

Jisung didn't say anything after that. How could he? He vouldn't just reveal what Minho had done or said. And vise-versa.

Why did he suddenly feel jealous?

Minho was his boyfriend now, there should be no reason to feel this way.

Trust Minho.

They both reached the dorms, heading straight for the pairs dorm room. Unlocking it, he saw Hyunjin hesitate. It was barely noticeable, but of course Jisung would notice. He grew up with learning to be observant.

"Its okay."

"I don't think its okay. Maybe I shouldn't." Hyunjin quickly took a step back. Jisung grabbed his hand, it was on auto pilot.

Don't let him slip. Theres more to him than you know.

"I'm here." Jisung softly spoke, dragging Hyunjin in and seeing Chan and Felix already sitting down on the couch. Minho in the kitchen.

"Sungie! You- why is he here?" Chan said rather abruptly.

"I-I invited him. He helped me today..." Not going into full details of how he nearly went into a state of shock and anxiety just from the old man. It was barely an issue to a normal person, but to Jisung, who is anything but normal... it was relief.
