Annabelle has never been that thankful to have a navigator in her car. Sadie had explained a thousand times exactly how to get to her brother's villa, but it seems like her brain couldn't function around the gorgeous woman that was sitting next to her.

So, she did what any normal human would. Bite the bullet and admit that google maps can sometimes be helpful. For around 2 hours now, in which her girlfriend was peacefully sleeping, the only voice she heard was the computer programmed voice that came from her car.

"In 300 meters, turn left." The manly voice continued, briefly showing the map before switching back to her playlist. She sighed, but moved her hand to turn on the left car indicator. The sun had already begun setting, creating beautiful and colorful forms in the sky.

She let herself enjoy the view for a few seconds, before she made a left turn and thus the view changed from beautiful colors to dark clouds. A mental sigh is all she could manage, but it was good enough to express her disappointment.

And then the next surprise, which wasn't much of a surprise, happened. She barely had any gas left, and her car has been nagging her about it for the past 20 minutes. With another groan, she hoped that she could find a gas station before she had to call a tow truck.

2 kilometers were enough for her wish to be fulfilled. She saw a rather abandoned looking gas station in the distance and didn't hesitate to pull up to it. Elle gently rubbed her girlfriend's shoulder after parking, giving herself a few moments to appreciate the sleeping beauty. She would never truly know what she did to deserve Sadie next to her, but she wasn't going to waste the chance in being happy.

"How much would you like, ma'am?" A man asked next to her, his hands shaking a bit once the blonde left the car. Elle smiled, removing the sunglasses she had on during her trip, and cleared her throat.

"For 50 is fine."

"On it, ma'am." The man nervously replied, starting to work with the car. Instead, she went into the gas station, trying to find something to eat for the 3 hours left of their trip, and hopefully some coffee for Sadie.

"Fancy seeing you here." A familiar, yet strange voice spoke behind her. Annabelle had just taken a sandwich in her hands, when she turned around to face her tattoo artist. The smile that spread across her face was both nervous, showing a hint of fear and only a bit of actual happiness of seeing her here.

"Autumn, hey." Elle's voice was shaking a bit from the initial scare, but also showed panic.

"Don't worry." Autumn replied with a toothy smile. "I am not stalking you. My girlfriend and I are going on a little trip."

"Oh," The blonde girl exhaled deeply, a wash or relief going through her. At least the stalker scenario was out of the way. "I am happy for you. Didn't know you had a girlfriend, but happy for you."

"Thanks! Couldn't have the best, so I resorted to the second best." The woman chirped, and a second later another blonde showed up behind her and pressed a kiss on her cheek. Annabelle looked at them puzzled, letting the words from her tattoo artist sink deeper and deeper. She couldn't have meant her, could she?

"Hey there, beautiful." Who Elle assumed was Autumn's girlfriend spoke, before turning to face Annabelle herself. "Oh hey!" She extended her arm and Elle took it with an equally wide smile.

"Pleasure to meet you." Bella spoke softly, although nervously. She wanted to get back to her girlfriend as soon as possible.

"Hey, what happened with Sadie?" Were Autumn's words that managed to pull her away from her thoughts. Bella thought for a second before answering.
