"we have visitors, my dear friends!", jaemin announced full of joy as the potential members appeared behind him and greeted them.
"omg chenle and jisung! you guys came!! it's great to see you", donghyuck jumped off from the couch placed in the backstage room of the theatre hall as he ran to the two youngest boys in the room to hug them.
jaemin let himself fall on the couch next to jeno and gave him a snickers as wished from the boy. "thanks bro", his blond haired friend said with his eye smile as he took a bite of the chocolate bar.
"what about me? where is my candy?", hyuck wondered after he let go of the younger boys and turned around to face jaemin who smirked amusedly. "well, there is nothing left for you anymore", he reported while eating his own candy.
"EXCUSE ME?!", the purple haired boy asked dramatically, you could read from his facial expression that he was truly offended.
"i gave your candy to chenle and jisung, sorry bro", jaemin shrugged while smiling brightly, he actually had something saved for hyuck but he loved teasing him.
"traitor", donghyuck commented, feeling betrayed by his friend and let himself drop dramatically on the bean bag next to the couch.
jisung and chenle were standing on the sides, eating the candy jaemin gave to them while witnessing the scenario in front of them. the chinese boy felt entertained by it while the ash haired boy gasped silently.
"that's normal, they're always like that", jeno whispered to them, letting out a chuckle before telling them to take a seat on one of the bean bags or on the couch. chenle made himself comfortable on one bean bag while jisung sat down next to jeno.
the purple haired boy was sulking about the whole thing before jaemin revealed the hidden chocolate bar he kept secretly from him. hyuck's face lit up when he saw the desired candy and took it from him. "omg, it's still here!"
jaemin smiled warmly at the joyful sight of his friend. "you're lucky i've bought more of them", he grinned, hyuck nodded hastily in agreement.
"anyways, thanks for joining us today! we can give you a better info and look into the drama club as we have more time now... if you guys want too, of course. we can also do something else if that's boring to you", jeno started, looking at the two youngest people in there.
"sure! we would like to see and get to know more about the club", chenle answered excitedly, jisung nodded in agreement with a sincere smile.

after the drama club members showed chenle and jisung around the theatre hall and informed them about the activities and events in the club, they spent some time together by talking and getting to know each other.
they were all getting along quite fast as they matched each other's vibe which made the communication much easier. even jisung felt comfortable around them and opened himself up a little bit which was quicker than usual.
there were lots of chattering and laughter filling the hall as they enjoyed each other's presence.
"so, to make everything clear; i don't necessarily need to perform as long as there are enough members taking the roles so i don't need to participate in the play except for preparing and organizing stuff?", jisung wanted to make sure he got the correct information.
"that's right", jaemin confirmed, the other club members nodded. "and how many people perform in a play? how many members do you guys need for the club at least?", chenle asked curiously.
"we need seven members in total at least or else the club might disband as the amount of members is too little for the school play this year", jeno explained.
"what is this year's school play about? romeo and juliet or shakespeare?", jisung inquired full of curiousity.
"last year we had a play called juliet's love which was juliet and romeo but juliet's romeo was a woman as we wanted to represent queer people in our play. we don't want basic stuff every school does. we want diversity and representation", donghyuck said passionately as he was interested in these kind of topics. "that's so cool!", chenle exclaimed cheerfully and loved it while jisung was astonished by it.
"however, we don't know yet what we want to have for this year's school play. but we're allowed to choose as long as it's okay for mrs. cha, the teacher who's in charge of the club and organizes the play every year", jaemin informed with a little smile gracing his lips.
the two youngest nodded as they continued to chat a while before they all had to go home.
"we had a great time thanks to you, guys", donghyuck said with a grateful smile. "we enjoyed it too. we appreciate the time with you a lot", chenle smiled thankfully as well.
"thanks for showing us around, hope we'll see you again soon!" "we hope so too! bye and see you guys around!"
chenle and jisung waved them goodbye before their ways seperated from the three older boys.
"thoughts about the drama club?", the orange haired boy asked once again and faced his younger friend.
"it's really cool! the people are also so nice, i love their vibes", jisung stated with a happy smile.
"me too", chenle agreed, a short silence engulfed the air before he continued to talk. "okay, let's say if we want to join the club or not when i count down to three", the chinese boy suggested. "okay", the ash haired boy nodded, waiting for his friend to start.
"one, two, three!"
"i think i wanna join."
"i think i wanna join."
"JINXED, I SAID IT FIRST."
"AW, COME ON. YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING, CHENLE."
