donghyuck was on his way home after his hangout with his best friends at jeno's place.

they hadn't done a lot after their group hug except for discussing the matter and trying to figure out how to find the person behind all the stuff.

well, then they had deep talks while snacking and sharing ice cream together. afterwards, they ended up playing games on jeno's wii to lift up their mood and to get their mind off the incident. besides, they ate ramen for dinner and held conversations about random topics. okay, maybe they had done some things afterwards.

anyways, donghyuck arrived shortly at home and entered his house. after taking off his shoes and jacket at the entrance, he headed to the living room where he saw his siblings playing uno together and heard them bickering loudly.

"sup' bros", hyuck greeted his younger siblings and approached them, seeing the battle field (the card deck on the table) between the youngsters.

"hi, hyuck!", his younger sister dohee greeted back and flashed him a bright smile, "i'm currently destroying dongho and dongmin in uno."

"SHE'S ALWAYS PICKING UP A PLUS FOUR CARD, THAT'S UNFAIR", dongho complained loudly while holding the most cards in his hands.

"yeah, bet dohee is cheating. she has blocked me the fourth time in a row", dongmin agreed and shook his head in disappointment.

donghyuck chuckled amusedly when he saw his younger siblings fight in uno as he patted the head of his sister.

"keep up the good job, dohee. that's how i've raised you", hyuck praised grinning and received offended looks and loud gasps of his brothers.

"WHAT ABOUT US??", dongho asked dramatically in disbelief before glancing to his seatmate.

"min, hyuck has become an old traitor right now", the latter mentioned and dongmin approved nodding with furrowed eyebrows.

"wow, rude. show some respect, young lad", donghyuck scolded playfully and ruffled the hair of dongho who told him to stop messing with his hair.

"there is british hyuck again", dongmin remarked and let out a tired sigh, having enough of it.

"hyuck, do you want to join us? we can ruin dongmin and dongho together", dohee questioned in the most innocent and adorable manner ever.

"sorry sweetie, not this time", hyuck declined her offer and heard his siblings sulking, "but dohee, show them what you are capable of, alright?"

his sister nodded energetically before smirking mischievously.

"oh oh...", dongho whispered in fear, knowing that the girl will play mercilessly.

"hyuck ain't a good influence on dohee", dongmin noted with a raised eyebrow.

"i am cuz she's winning and i've raised a queen", the oldest among the four retorted sassily as a proud smirk appeared on his lips.

"what about us??", dongho asked in betrayal and received no response, leaving him to feel offended, "YOU TRAITOR!"

"have fun, my lil bros", hyuck grinned brightly before going to the kitchen to meet his mother.

"hi mom!", he greeted joyfully and gave his parent a short back hug while she was busy preparing dinner.

"hello donghyuck, how was it at jeno's place?", she smiled back while washing the vegetables.

she was aware that her son was at his best friend's place since hyuck let her know about his whereabouts. that's the cue to remind that communication is important.
