Steve mother fuckin' Harringtons birthday

“Happy birthday Steve! ” Dustin and Eddie said giving Steve a huge hug the second he wakes up

Dustin got adopted my the two males after a tragedy with his parents, it wasn't a big change even before that he saw the two as parent figures

“Thank you” Steve said laughing and smiling, the day went pretty happily, well until it didn't

“COME ON! IT DOESN'T TAKE THAT LONG TO BRUSH YOUR DAMN HAIR!” Eddie screamed opening the door for Dustin to walk out, they were supposed to go to dinner with the kids and a few other friends of theirs. “ROBIN IS WAITING FOR YOU DON'T MAKE HER WAIT FOREVER, WE WILL SEE YOU AT THE RESTAURANT ” Eddie screamed

The thing was Eddie was gonna propose while they were out so he kinda had to be there without Steve to get it ready

“I WILL MAKE YOU WALK STEVE! ” Eddie heard Robin scream from inside the place they lived in

After an hour Steve finished getting ready and went to the place where they were supposed to meet, to Steve's surprise, everyone looked more panicked then happy. “What's wrong y'all? ” Steve said

“Eddie is in jail, you gotta pick Dustin up from the police station he has to be picked up by a parent or guardian, apparently Eddie missed a court date and got a warrant on him so, when he got pulled over he got arrested. he also got arrested for assaulting a officer” Nancy said, if you know the law you know if a parent or anyone has a under aged child in the car they get token away from the person, “He apparently started beating the crap out of the officer when they started taking Dustin from him” Max finished.

“I didn't even know he had court, he just hid that from me?” Steve said in a heartbroken tone. “Ya, he missed a court case of child neglect, which we all know was a lie from the person who said he did it, I'm surprised only Dustin found out about it” Lucas said

Steve stood there in surprised, he didn't know about any of this he thought the harassment people gave Eddie stopped after high school. But it didn't and someone called Cps on him and made up something. So now Steve has to bail his boyfriend out of jail on his birthday, and hopefully no problem getting Dustin from the police station.

Steve got Dustin no problem and bailed Eddie out.

“YOU NEVER SAID YOU HAD COURT TO ME WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME!?” Steve screamed everyone that was supposed to be there for a birthday watching “I-I didn't want to worry you, I'm sorry” Eddie said “WHY DIDN'T YOU GO!? YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN IT COMING! DRIVING AROUND WITH A CHILD WITH A FUCKING WARRANT ON YOUR ASS” Steve said “I missed i-it because I t-thought it was on the 29th b-but it was on the 27th” Eddie said crying looking at Dustin who still had the ring he was supposed to propose with.

Steve continued to scream Eddie thought he deserved it for being so stupid. He hasn't drove because of the warrant but it was his boyfriends birthday so be took the risk.

Eddie looked at the ground ashamed with himself. He wanted to go on his knees and start banging his brains out on the concrete. He never liked being yelled at, and how loud Steve's voice was and how Steve was so upset with him made him cry.

“YOUR SO STUP- Eddie? No, no, don't cry- Eddie no, no, I'm sorry” Steve said “I didn't mean to ruin your special day, I should have asked someone to pick me up instead of driving my van.” Eddie said

Dustin was now hugging Eddie pushing the box into his hand “no, he wouldn't want to be with me after this” Eddie whispered only loud enough for Dustin to hear

“What's that?” Steve said taking the box from Eddie's hand “No-” Eddie said, the box had the ring and the note that asked Steve to marry him, he didn't feel like embarrassing himself more then he already has with Steve saying no.

Steve opened the box and his eyes met with the words “will you marry me my gorgeous  Steve Harrington” with hearts surrounding the words, the word gorgeous being wrote in a sweet pink colored marker.

Steve's eye's went wide and Eddie waited for Steve reject him (I SPELLED REJECT WRONG AND IT CORRECTED TO BRO FETCH HELPPP💀) but it didn't come, A smile and tears did.

“Of course I will ” Steve said hugging Eddie and kissing him, Eddie had no problem kissing back and being the happiest man alive.

“I love you dear” “I love you to Eddie”
