“Bye Munson, I am definitely not going to miss you. ” The cop said leading Eddie out the door of the jail. He was finally released after being at Rivers Correctional Institution (north Carolina prison) for a year and a half, due to robbery.
“I won't miss you either, Bitch!” Eddie said laughing “Edward Munson...” the cop said annoyed “Oh where are my manners?! I mean Sir!” Eddie said sarcastically. “Keep yourself out of trouble Mr. Munson, I don't want to see you in here again.” “You won't, I'm A changed man~” Eddie said heading off into the world. “Wait kid.” Eddie turns around “Your heart was always in the right place you just did fucked up things to help out others.” the cop said then leaving Eddie.
“Whatever”
The first place he goes is to the trailer he grew up in, still having his dead uncle's smell in every corner inside the trailer.
Eddie grabs his suitcase he had under his bed and opened it up. A little white lie wouldn't change anything right? Their laid all the top - tier tools he uses to open bank safes. “Aren't you all gorgeous? ” Eddie said to the suitcase.
Eddie changed into decent clothes he could sleep in and go out in, went to the train station.

“welcome to Hawkins ” the sign says.
Eddie wasn't a dumb robber he would go town to town staying in one state for awhile going to another making himself fit in so no one suspected him of being the robber.Eddie robbed at least 2 different towns before and is definitely wanted in behind bars. His next town was Hawkins, then off to California!
The train stopped Eddie made sure to wear the clothing that any other Hawkins teenager would wear. He had to fit in to get away with it, he didn't feel like doing another year in prison.
He was walking around going to a local hotel. The Hawkins bank was a few miles back to where he was staying, wasn't that convent? Eddie wasn't paying any attention to where he was walking, bumping into another person “Im sorry!” Eddie said grabbing the males hand that was out “Its ok, I'm Steve Harrington! Nice to meet you!” Steve said “Im Ed- Jimmy White!” Eddie said catching himself almost reveling his true name.
“where are you heading? ” Eddie asked “Oh back home that's all.” Steve said smiling at Eddie “We should talk more Jimmy, you seem nice!” “That would be awesome!” Eddie said putting the paper with Steve's address in his pocket “See ya around Harrington! ” “Same to you!” Steve said walking off.
Eddie checked into his room and went to it, Eddie has officially fell in love, wanting to keep this man he was now 'Jimmy White'. Eddie chose to abandon his life as Eddie Munson the criminal and be Jimmy White. Leave his mistakes as Eddie behind and be a whole new man. ~~~~
Time passed Eddie or “Jimmy” and Steve became very close. Eventually dating and after 2 years they were Fiancé's (if I spelled that wrong shut it)
Steve had a sister that was in her late 30's had 2 little girls 6 and 8 and had a husband they were the only family members that Steve had around.
One day they went out of State to do something “Where are we going love? You never told me?” “North Carolina! ” Steve said Eddie's eyes widened Eddie knew that they were probably looking for him their because before he came to Hawkins he was wanted again in NC for robbing the bank down their.
They landed Steve's sister had something to do in a bank down their so they went there. The guy that was looking for Eddie for these 2 - 3 years recognized him so he followed.
Eddie had the strong tools that could open any safe in the suitcase. he was going to give them away. Officially throw the crime life he lived out the window.
Steve's - sister's kid's were running around the guy left the safe door open and the kids were around it.
None of them were really paying attention to the 2 girls until screaming was heard everyone wiped there head to the sound of the scream seeing the 6 year old push the door that once that door closed it couldn't be opened because there was no code yet, The women screamed banging on the door screaming for the man to get her child out.
“I can't do anything mam'!” “SHES GOING TO DIE IN THERE!” The women screamed and it was true she was going to suffocate in their if she didn't get out soon. Their was no way to open the door yet still tried
Eddie looked at everyone panic and heard the screams of the scared little 8 year old girl in the dark about to die of lack of air in less then 20 minutes.
Eddie looked down at the suitcase that could save the little girl then back at Steve Harrington.
This was a big decision, Save the girl but get caught for who he truly is and get thrown out and loose the love of his life, or, Let her die and keep Steve his and marry him.
“Move!” Eddie screamed at them non had any idea what Eddie was doing. Eddie threw the suitcase on the floor and opened it “Jimmy what are you doing dear?” Steve said
But Jimmy White was gone, Jimmy died the second the suitcase opened Eddie Munson a wanted criminal was back Eddie wanted to die he hated who he truly was. Why couldn't he stay Jimmy White forever?
Eddie took the drill out and put it to the door. After 10 minutes he finally was able to open the door. Eddie opened it and the girl launched into Eddie's arms not being able to breathe well.
Eddie gave the mom her child and she was crying. Eddie walked out knowing Steve doesn't love him anymore because he knows who Eddie truly is. Eddie really loved Steve but Steve wouldn't dare love him not even think of marrying a wanted criminal.
Eddie noticed the cop from all those years ago. “Just take me back to the jail house you got me woo hoo” “Sorry Mr. White but no can do.” the cop said walking away “Like I told you the last time I saw you your heart was always in the right place. ” he said before walking away fully.
“Huh?” Steve said walking behind Eddie. Eddie explained everything to Steve feeling a bit better if Steve leaves him knowing people see him as the man he acted as when he was Jimmy and not Eddie.
“Oh- Dear ” Steve said “Mhm” “You can call off the wedding I don't even care if that will make you happy ” “What!? No, I don't give a fuck what your name is or what mistakes you've done, I love YOU dear.” Steve said kissing Eddie with passion with sand in their shoes from the sandy grounds.
Eddie and Steve got married back in Hawkins and adopted a few kids. They couldn't be more happy.
Eddie Munson was the name he went by his birth name, but Jimmy White was who he truly was inside.
