"Fuck" I said, Steve had some burning hot drink and it burned my face, my face had a ugly red spot from the burn, it was stinging so I went to the doctor, they said it was permanent. I'm forever forced to be uglier then I already were.

Eddie saw it, he seemed a bit grossed out, but I think I was just imagining it.

Weeks passed, he seemed more distant and it seemed like Eddie didn't want me around him.

I walked into my house, basically me and Eddie's he kinda moved in with me, so we had that doing for us.

I took my shoes off, I went upstairs, I heard...moans? Whatever it's not the first time, wasn't new, it never was something bad..?

I opened the door, to my horror, it wasn't what it normally was, "Eddie..?" I said, his head whipped to where I was "Uh, Gareth, not what it looks like" he said, "Cheater, wow, I-I would have been totally fine with this if you just fuckin' told me, and with the guy who permanently left a scar on my face? " I said crying, I should have seen it sooner, Steve looked proud of himself.

"You really expected to look so gross and I would still love you? It's embarrassing!" Eddie said "G-gross?" I said crying, I never seen him be so fucking rude. "fuck you, you can date Steve, have fun, I hope you have fun" I said.

Eddie left, he ran off with Steve, I couldn't believe how easily he left me over a burn scar. I thought he was different. Guess he wasn't.

I thought I was worth more.

The door was being banged on, I opened it, "You forget something? Grab it and get out you cheating bitch!" I said slapping Eddie hard.

"Gareth, I was drunk as hell, I swear, please believe me, you know I wouldn't leave you over a scar!" Eddie said, I wanted to believe him so badly, I still loved him. But all the red flags he showed even before I walked in on him and Steve, what if he was hooking up with other people even before that?

"Ok, promise me." I said "I promise, never again, I love you" he said "I love you too." I said before kissing him.

He continued to cheat on me with Steve and I knew it, but I didn't wanna leave him, so I let him, I was heartbroken, but I loved him and couldn't let him go, so I let him cheat.
