(Now you will see a familiar scene. Hint, it's the beginning of the movie. I hope you will enjoy this Rosalies)!

We eventually arrived in New Orleans and everything looked amazing. It was going to be a lot of fun being in a new place. I couldn't wait to see who would try to act like a creep with me. They'll regret it instantly.

It was nighttime now, which was very convenient for us. We walked until we came across a tavern. I knew it would be packed with people, considering it was approximately around midnight and people would for sure be getting drunk. I looked at Lestat and smiled.

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking, darling?" I asked.

"Always, my love." Lestat answered, giving me a smirk.

We walked inside and reached a mezzanine. We looked down and saw a card game going on between two men. One of the men had his back turned so I couldn't see him. However, the man that I saw looked pretty young.

I gazed down at him. He certainly was handsome. He had long brown hair that was tied up. A girl was with him, her arms wrapped around his neck. He looked possibly younger than my actual age of 26. He threw down some cards with a blank look on his face. I could tell something must have happened to him since he looked like he was filled to the brim with trauma and pain.

They exchanged some words that I couldn't hear. The other man threw the table to the side and took out a gun, aiming it at the other one. The latter opened his shirt to reveal his chest, as if he was going to let the other man shoot and kill him. Oh yeah, he is definitely traumatized. After a moment of some words being said from the younger, the older lowered the gun. The woman picked the younger one up from his chair and led him outside.

Lestat and I continued to watch, walking to the balcony outside to keep an eye on them, mostly the man though. We had been searching for a companion for awhile. Not saying that we didn't enjoy being together as a duo. We love it. We adore each other and wouldn't trade it for anything. We just want to give someone else the same opportunity and teach them all we know. As we gazed at this man, we knew that he was the one. But will he accept the offer?

We both managed to find him again, walking to a dock. We continued to stare at him as he walked with this girl. As we stared, I thought back to six years ago at that party, when I felt Lestat's eyes on me. He had picked me out from the crowd. He had chosen me as his companion and later, lover instead of any other girl. Now, here he was doing it again. But this time, he isn't alone.

They reached a corner and the girl lightly pushed the man to the wall, preparing to do some sinful things to him. Just as she did that, another man walked up to him, opening his knife. He aimed the knife to the other's throat, saying "give me your money or die." The younger man didn't seem to care. I sprung into action. It was always my job to take care of the evil men.

I grabbed the guy by the throat, which resulted in him gagging. I pulled him backwards and began to bite down on his neck and drink his blood, which felt extremely satisfying after not having any blood for a long period of time. As I did that, I heard the girl screaming, her screams eventually dying down. Lestat must've been working on her. I saw her body get thrown in the water after I finished feeding. Damn Lestat. You show no mercy.

I looked behind me and saw Lestat hovering over the young man, who had collapsed shortly after I killed the mugger. I saw Lestat bite down on his neck and he began levitating up with him. I wasn't surprised by that. I've seen what his powers could do. Prior to this, we agreed that only Lestat would have fledglings. Not me. I wasn't interested in having any fledglings. I wouldn't want to subject anyone to that.

I looked up and admired Lestat doing his job. It was strange to say this, but he is so handsome when he does this. I continued looking up and I saw Lestat mouthing a few words. I couldn't understand what he said. Afterwards, he let go, causing the young man to fall into the water resulting in a huge splash.

"Mon dieu Lestat!" I exclaimed, trying to shake off the water from my hair. Lestat had reached the ground and chuckled. I looked down at the water. "What'd you do that for?!" I shouted, knowing that this guy could die down there.

"Relax, mon chérie. He'll live." Lestat assured me. "He better!" I said, continuing to gaze down at the water.

"Come now, précieux. We must go before it turns to light." Lestat whispered in my ear. The way he whispered it sent chills down my spine. I was never used to his whispers even after six years together. What made it worse was that he nibbled on my earlobe, which made me shiver even more.

"Do you like that, mon bel ange?" He teased. "I will bite you if you keep that up." I scolded. Lestat chuckled and helped me stand up. We gazed into each other's eyes and smiled. I love that this will keep going for eternity.

(Louis has arrived! Nah but Lestat and Charlotte are sending me! Louis is literally drowning and the two of them are just acting adorable. XD I hope you guys enjoyed this! See you soon)!
