The James sisters had a lot to catch up on. And after drinking their coffee and Haley changing out of her PJs, they headed towards the perfect place to catch up, Karen's Cafe.
Walking past the tables to sit at the counter, Hayden was looking around the place. "Boy, this place never changes." She said, sitting down next to Haley at the counter top. Haley smiled at her sister, glad to see her.
The bell on the door rang, indicating that someone walked in. Nathan walks into his mother's cafe, seeing his best friend at the counter, sitting next to some girl.
Haley feels someone's hands cover her eyes, "Guess who?" The person says. "Hmm, Tom Welling? That'd be so cool." Nathan twists her around in the chair, facing him as he frowns. "You'd rather see Tom Welling? Than me? Your favorite person in the world?" Nathan exaggerates as the sisters laugh.
Haley smiles at the boys antics, "Hi Nate." Nathan lets go of Haley, turning his attention to the girl next to her. Looking puzzled for a minute then his face takes over a look of realization. "Hayden?" The older James girl smiles, "Hey Nathan, haven't seen you for a while." Nathan smiles at the two sisters, he knows how much Haley misses her siblings when they're gone.
After making small talk for a few minutes, Nathan says "Hayden it's been great to see you, Hales we're still on for tomorrow, right?" Haley smiles, "Yeah Nate, pick me up at noon?" Nathan looks at both girls, nodding his head, "I'm heading out I'll see you guys later." Before Nathan leaves he reaches to Haley and gives her a kiss on the cheek, waving to Hayden and walks out the door.
"Haley! What the heck! How long has that been going on?" Hayden exclaims, nothing the chemistry between her youngest sister and the boy. Haley looks confused for a minute, before saying, "Hayden what are you talking about? That's Nate I've known him since we were five?" Hayden looks at her sister before taking a sip of her Pepsi, "Nevermind, let's go.", Before taking two twenty dollar bills and putting them on the counter.
The two girls stand up, linking arms, and walk out of the cafe.
