A Day Later...

You and Cyno were currently on your way to the Avidya Forest, by carriage, since Cyno promised to take you somewhere special and It was a place that meant a lot to him, he told you he often came to this place to find inner peace from the grueling times of his training, In which you felt saddened for him but he reassured you that he was alright, as he often had you In his mind

"Remember what I told you, no matter how hard things got I thought of you, and I was able to keep pushing forward"

you smiled warmly, "I remember"

you laced your hands together, before sharing a kiss as you rested your head on his shoulder for the rest of the ride, and soon the carriage came to a stop outside the forest, and Cyno got out first before he helped you to step down, and you gathered your skirt as you then followed

"please wait here," he told the driver 

the driver bowed, "yes your highness"

Cyno turned and held out his hand, "come, beloved"

you took his hand as you followed him while starting the journey Into the forest, It was beautiful but at the same time you feared If something would attack you both, 

"Cyno, are you sure It's safe to be here" you asked

Cyno looked to you, "don't worry, I won't let anything happen, though I can't be too sure I know It's always been safe here"

you nodded In reassurance as you followed your husband, and you gradually started to relax as you took in the tranquility all-around of the forest, just as you saw some birds fly overhead you recognized the colors and immediately thought that they must be the same as Iris, 

"My love look" you pointed upwards

Cyno looked up, "oh, that must be Irises family, do you think you should bring he here"

you started thinking, "It's been years and she's so used to being around people, I don't know if she'll be comfortable to return here"

"I get what you're saying, but It may be worth a try" he said

you mulled over what he said, "you're right,"

you kept walking with him for a while longer, and you tripped over a tree root but Cyno quickly caught you, "take care beloved, are you alright?"

you leaned up and kissed his cheek, he carried you further Into the forest until you saw a clearing and heard a kind of loud noise, Cyno carried you through the bushes and there you saw a beautiful waterfall, you silently gasped as you watched the waters rushing into the little lake

Cyno then carefully set you down, as you walked further "Is this the place, It's so beautiful"

"It is, watching and listening to the water always gave me a sense of calm"

you got onto your knees and put your hand In the water as you glided It around, sitting there as you listened to the water while watching It was a nice feeling, Cyno came to your side and he brought his arms around you as you rested against him as you closed your eyes, and for a while you sat there while you took In the quiet and Cyno felt very much at peace too,
