"Little One." Aziraphale rasped as the trio watched Eden as she fruitlessly struggled against the demon. The creature had her by the throat but Eden bared her fangs at the beast defiantly. She even managed to land a couple more savage bites, drawing blood.
Crowley felt a flash of pride as the demon bellowed in pain but Eden was obviously no match for this monster and was getting weaker by the second.
"Quick!" Aziraphale snapped. "Get the swords! We need to save her!" Aziraphale shoved past him and dashed to the back of the Bentley, opening the trunk with a snap of his fingers.
Gabriel and Crowley were at his side instantly. Aziraphale was about to grab a bundle of blankets, which contained both swords, when suddenly Aziraphale cried out in agony and fell to his knees.
"Aziraphale!" Crowley exclaimed. "Aziraphale, are you hurt?"
"Crowley." Gabriel rasped. "Crowley, look." Crowley, helping Aziraphale to his feet as he followed the Archangel's gaze.
The demon's fist connected with Eden’s stomach, making Aziraphale cry out in pain again.
Before Crowley could react, Gabriel darted to the trunk and darted forward wielding the Ebony Blade. It's serpent head pommel, made from onyx, gleaming in the sunlight as the Archangel charged forward with a war cry.
Sandalphon, seeing the Archangel Gabriel suddenly charge forward, was instantly intrigued. He turned back to the Abomination who was now struggling feebly in his ironclad grip. She wouldn't be a bother now. Sandalphon dropped her on the ground and he savored her yelp of pain followed by the sound of her choking on her own blood.
Now he could watch the show undisturbed.
A corpse lunged forward but Gabriel took it out with a deft swing of the sword, sending bones and rotting flesh everywhere.
Two more took its place but Gabriel dispatched them quickly.
"Aziraphale, you should probably sit and rest in the Bentley." Crowley suggested as Aziraphale shakily rose to his feet and unpacked Excalibur.
"I'm not leaving Gabriel and Eden to fend for themselves amidst all that-LOOK OUT!" Crowley dodged just in time as a corpse tried to sink its decaying teeth in Crowley's shoulder. Aziraphale decapitated it with one swing.
"Thanks, love." Crowley panted as he gaped at the limp body.
"Anytime dear boy." Aziraphale reached into the trunk and tossed his husband the Bentley's tire iron.
"Shall we then?"
