robin buckley x reader oneshots + hcs!

♡ halloween night!

this is based off the halloween night i wrote about in the halloween festivities headcanon earlier this month! you don't have to read that first though this can stand on its own unless u want specifics on who wears what as the breakfast club:)

warnings: just normal partying stuff (drinking, smoking, etc)

readers gender is not referenced in this one!

tonight was THE night. HALLOWEEN!!  you and robin had the whole night with your friends planned ahead of time. the plan was to go trick or treating and then go to a halloween party if it was still early! then you and robin were going to go home and watch some spooky movies.

before it got dark, you and robin invited your friends over, and started to get dressed into your costumes. nancy showed up first, then steve and eddie, then argyle and jonathan. everyone was dressed in their costumes and ready to go.

you, robin, nancy, steve, and eddie were matching as the breakfast club! and argyle and jonathan were dressed as a conjoined pizza. once it got dark you all piled into argyles van and he drove everyone to the rich neighborhood, for maximum candy takeaway.

everyone got out of the van and you all started to knock door to door, getting HUGE amounts of candy. after each house, in the dim street, robin would hold your hand as you all walked to the next house. she'd let go when there was more light, in case anyone noticed and thought it was weird.

eddie and steve kept messing around, eddie was trying to tackle steve at the moment and argyle and jonathan were stoned out of their minds, laughing at how stupid the other two boys were. nancy was fed up and annoyed, but in an endearing way.

by the time you all decided you were done trick or treating, it was still early. it was only 9pm and it was almost guaranteed that there was a party still happening. everyone agreed to find a party so steve thought about it and directed argyle to one of his old basketball teammates house.

and sure enough, there were kids in the front lawn passed out and people dancing and loud music playing. everyone got down and walked into the house. eddie, steve, and nancy went to the drinks first. argyle and jonathan went to go search for the smoke pit. which left you and robin to find something to do.

"i don't like parties too much." she whispered to you.

"me either. but hey! we can find something fun to do, right?" you respond. she just smiles brightly at you and then grabs your hand, leading you to the drinks. she pours you a shot, and one for herself.

you both downed the shots, coughing a bit after. you looked at robin and you both busted out laughing. then she led you to where everyone was dancing and you two danced a bit! then you asked her "hey, we should go find argyle and johnny. if you know what i mean." you said as you made a smoking motion with your hands. she giggled and nodded and you two set out to find the two boys.

when you found them, argyle was sprawled out on a couch and jonathan was laying upside down on the same couch, lighting a joint. jonathan had left the conjoined pizza once argyle started getting tired. "hey, johnny boy!" robin called him.

"oh hey robin! hey (y/n)!" he said happily, then paused for a minute, forgetting what he was doing "..oh, you guys wanna hit this?" he yelled a little too loudly over the music, but no one noticed. "yeah! please!" you responded, walking over to where he was hanging off the couch.

you and robin sat on the floor in front of him and he handed it to robin first. she lit it, took a hit, and coughed a little bit. then she handed it to you and you did the same. you and robin thanked jonathan before handing it back to him, you three passed it around a couple times before you dropped to lay on the floor. robin stayed sitting up.

the three of you talked for a while until robin started to detach herself from the conversation, pulling her knees up to her chest. you noticed, and you could tell she was starting to get overwhelmed by all the music and her high starting to kick in. you grabbed her hand to lead her outside after excusing yourself from jonathan.

once you were outside, she caught her breath for a second, and now it was around 11pm. "you okay robbie?" you asked her softly. "yeah, im okay." she responded quietly.  "wanna go home honey?" you asked her, quiet so no one could hear. she nodded shyly "yeah, please." she said while she touched your arm with her pinky lightly. she missed your touch. so you went back in and told the others you and robin would be leaving and then you drove her to your house.

you opened the door and she went straight to your room, you grabbed some snacks and drinks for you both and followed her. she was sitting on the edge of your bed, fiddling with her fingers and bouncing her leg.

"you okay robs?" you asked her.

"mhm! im just so happy. i had so much fun with you" she says with a huge cheesy smile on her face.

"aw, me too robbie." you say as you set the snacks and drinks on your nightstand, then you hear her yawn. "you tired baby?" you ask.

she just hums in response and stretches her arms out to you. you walk over to her, she's still sitting at the edge of your bed, so you hug her while you stand in between her legs. hugging her head as she squeezes her arms around your waist, her face in your chest.

"robbie hun, we still have to change." you say and hear her grumble into your chest. you giggle and then release from her grip, walking over to your dresser to grab some comfortable clothes for you both. you give her a t shirt and some sweatpants, so she stays warm, and the same for you. she quickly changes into the clothes and then crawls into your bed, getting comfy.

"ive never seen someone so eager to go to bed" you tell her playfully. she just whines and says "babe please come here and hold me already" with puppy dog eyes and a pout and her arms stretched out to you. you just chuckle and finish changing quickly and then crawl into bed next to her. she immediately buries her face into your neck and wraps her arms and legs around you.

"what about the spooky movies in bed baby? isn't that the last thing on your halloween plan?" you ask her. she hums into your neck and says "this is better. need you more."

you melt at her words and giggle and wrap your arms tighter around her. "you're so cute when you're sleepy robbie. thank you for making this the best halloween season ive ever had, my sweet girl." you whisper before placing a soft kiss to her temple. she giggled into your neck and then lifts her head up to pepper soft kisses all over your face. you're giggling and squirming and she's all smiley.

she bites your shoulder playfully and then settles back down into your neck, humming contently before placing another soft kiss to your neck and collarbone. you played with her hair and rubbed her back and she fell asleep with a smile on her face. "happy halloween my love" you whispered after you were sure she was asleep. you fell asleep shortly after, wrapped up in your girlfriends arms - and legs.
