Rimuru called a meeting with everone, people in it were; Benimaru, Hakurou, Gobta, Souei, Shion, Shuna, Rigurd, Rigur, Geld, Gabiru, and of course, Asriel. They began discussing everything Rimuru has been planning
"So.. I have decided to become a Demon Lord" Rimuru said, which left everyone shocked
"A D-Demon Lord?" Benimaru asked, trying to clarify if what he heard was real
"Yes, apparently, becoming a Demon Lord will allow me to resurrect those who have died in the attack" Rimuru confirmed to Benimaru
Everyone seemed worried of what would happen to Tempest if Rimuru were to really become a Demon Lord, but it was the choice of their superior, so they can't exactly help it at all. However, a requirement for this is that Rimuru must absorb 10,000 Human Souls. And from their intel, there was an army of 20,000 Soldiers on their way to Tempest.
So, they all began planning their retaliation against the Falmuth Kingdom. Different teams will strike different parts where the extra Barrier was keeping active, Souei and his team struck the North, Rigur, Gobta, Geld and Hakurou would strike the West, Gabiru and his men on the North, and Benimaru on the South. The plan was set, all there needs to be now, is execution
A while has passed, as Asriel then looked back to see what the guy who hurt Shion looked like. He then remembered what Hakurou said, of those 3 being in the West, so Asriel then thought to himself
(I'll go pay that guy a visit)
Time has passed, and everyone managed to complete their task exceptionally well. However, Asriel arrived in the West, right after Hakurou tossed the decapitated head of Kyoya next to Shogo, his arrival put all 4 that were assigned there in question
"What are you doing here?" Geld asked
"I have a small beef with that spiky haired guy" Asriel replied
Though Asriel was now himself, he still had a bit of 'Flowey' inside of him, and seeing Shogo again, and remembering what he was about to do to Shion, he let that Flowey of his run rampant
"You're that guy who was about to attack Shion while she was weakened, and the same guy who said you'd turn Shuna into a toy and torture her, right?" Asriel asked
"Yeah, what are you gonna do about it?" Shogo asked in an overconfident tone
"I will give you 20 seconds to try and hit me all you want" Asriel said, as he put his hands behind his back and closed his eyes
"Heh, alright. But that's a mistake you'll regret!" Shogo said, before activating Berserker
And as you would expect, Shogo went all out on Asriel, punching, kicking and spamming all his physical prowess on Asriel, completely letting lose to the point the trees around them began to shake. But... Asriel was dodging every single one of the attacks, from Shogo's eyes, Asriel's body was simply flickering around and avoiding all his attacks
"Just. Get. Hit already!!!" Shogo shouted, as he continued his barrage of attacks and making them faster and stronger, yet Asriel was still dodging them like it was nothing
Eventually, 20 seconds came to pass
"Time's up" Asriel said before appearing behind Shogo and striking his neck so hard, it immobilized Shogo
"Gah-" Shogo said in pain, as he laid down on the ground
"Look at you, calling yourself a Human when you fight like a Pig" Asriel said before grabbing Shogo and throwing him against the side of a Hill
As he threw him, he punched Shogo so hard on the chest. At this point, Asriel had let his Flowey personality take over, he would then begin to beat down Shogo, kicking his legs, punching Shogo around like a punching bag
"Where's your strength now?! FIGHT BACK!" Asriel screamed as the 4 people assigned to the West watched as Asriel brutally beat up Shogo
"Strong enough to attack Tempest, too weak to succeed!" Asriel shouted once more before giving Shogo the most painful punch he would experience on the stomach, which eventually made Shogo sit down by the side of the Hill, bleeding nonstop
The reason he survived such a beatdown was because Asriel was healing some of the wounds he inflicted, but still not removing the pain
"I'm done trying to reason with Humans like you" Asriel said, looking down at Shogo
"You... what are you..." Shogo said, before coughing out some blood
"I am who I am" Asriel said, as silenced passed by for a short moment, and Shogo coughed out more blood
Asriel then taunted Shogo by saying;
"Heh, look at the little human. Gonna cry?"
This ticked Shogo off as he tried to fight back against Asriel, but Asriel punched Shogo through the chest, grabbing his heart and snapping his spine. He then crushed Shogo's heart and threw his body to the side and with that, Flowey had his fun, so it gave control back to Asriel. As he turned to look at the 4 people behind him, who stared in fear at what Asriel did
"What-?" Asriel looked around and saw his bloody hand and the dead body
"Oh, right" Asriel said, forgetting what happened
"I'll just- go check the camp" Gobta said as he went to the top of the hill. Looking around, he found Kirara sleeping
Remembering that she tried to frame Gobzo for a crime he didn't commit, it gave him the courage to bash her head with a club, killing her instantly. While Rigur broke the last crystal, and from there. The Holy Barrier was set down, and the Shuna and Myulan made, has been set up
Now... onto Rimuru
