(AN: Short chapter, sorry about that. I wanted to write a chapter for readers to throw their phone at, LOL. Next chapter will of course be longer, but I don't want them to get back together instantly, I need them to go through that heart break and pain.)

There Celeste was. Sitting at the bar in their apartment. It was 1am, on a saturday. It was Saturday, the weekend. Malina said she and Celeste would be able to spend time on the weekend, but Celeste sat alone in their apartment waiting for their partner to arrive. The doorknob turned and walked in Malina Gal. "Hey, love." She sighed. "Don't "Hey, love." me." Celeste glared at Malina. "What's wrong?" "What do you mean what's wrong? It's one in the morning. You said on your stupid little note that I would have you all weekend after staying with your boss for two days. I put on a pretty dress, did my hair, everything. And I waited, and waited. Just for you not to show." Celeste vented.

"Celeste, I'm sorry. Boss needed me today." Malina stepped towards them. "Oh yeah?" Celeste grabbed their phone from their pocket and showed Malina a photo of them at the bar, with a different woman, kissing. "Sure looks like your boss kept you busy, huh?" Malina looked at the phone. "I swear to you, Celeste. That girl kissed me, I backed away from her instantly." She explained. "Even if that was the case, why were you in the bar in the first place? You could have asked me to come with you if you wanted to go to the bar." Celeste raised their voice. "I.." Malina's voice faded out. "You lied. You lied, and me being the idiot I am, believed you." Celeste stood from their seat.

"Celeste. Don't do this." "You didn't call, text. Nothing. I sat here and thought something happened to you." Celeste wiped their eyes, trying to prevent themselves from crying. "You said I'd have you all weekend. Why couldn't you just come home?" "Because it's my job, Celeste! I was already putting us both in danger, if I left today who knows what would've happened!" Malina cried out, "Okay? I'm sorry." She said. "You cheated on me, and all you have to say is sorry?" Celeste showed the photo again. "You don't know a thing." Malina whispered. "Look me in the eyes, and tell me you never loved me. Tell me our relationship was just an experiment to see if the hero and the villain would work out. I'll feel much worse, but it will feel better knowing you never had feelings for me." A tear slid down Celeste's face.

"I'm not saying that to you, Celeste." Malina started, "You're the reason I breathe every day. Okay? I love you, Celeste. And that's never changing." She finished. "At least look me in the eyes when you lie to me, Malina!" Celeste shouted. "Get your shit, and leave." Celeste pointed towards the bedroom door where there was a suitcase already packed. "Celeste.." Malina's voice cracked as tears fell down their face. "Go." Celeste's voice was cold. Malina grabbed the suitcase handle and walked back towards Celeste. "I made an oath to myself, to never leave you. This is not a goodbye, Celeste Bolt. It's a see you later." Malina hissed before walking out the door.
