Celeste pulled up to their lair that looked overgrown and abandoned. Sheesh. I see what months of neglect looks like now. She thought, looking at all the overgrown dark vines hanging from the building. It does give a cool look to the place. "What do you think Dominique?" She turned around and looked at Dominique who was cowardly standing steps away from them. "Come here." Celeste pointed next to them. Dominique found themself standing beside the witch. "Well? Do we like the overgrown look or not?" Celeste asked again. The tanned man nodded his head.

The witch took this as a win and walked towards the doors of the lair, their sidekick following closely behind. Celeste pushed the two large doors open. Inside of the building ran a long red carpet turning in all different directions, leading into different rooms.

The witch adjusted their cape as they started walking towards the left side of the room, where an opening sat perfectly in the middle of the wall. The wood of the opening was painted black to match the rest of the room. Celeste brushed their fingers on the wood as she turned into the opening. She walked fast but graceful down the hallway. Dominique struggled to keep up and was practically jogging. "Keep up, Dom!" Celeste said in a sing-song tune.

As Celeste and Dominique turned another corner they heard grunting coming from a closed room. "Just great." Celeste mumbled. The witch walked up to the closed door and recited something underneath their breath with their hands out facing the door. The door shot open as Celeste spoke the last words, revealing supervillain atop of the detective. "What the hell?" The witch crossed their arms in confusion. The supervillain quickly covered themself and the detective with a blanket. "What are you doing here?!" They shouted.

"What is he doing here?" Celeste redirected the question and looked at the detective scrambling to grab his clothes. "Go. I will talk to you in a moment." Supervillain pointed away from the door. Dominique stifled a chuckle as he pulled Celeste back around the corner. "Did you know about this?" Celeste questioned Dominique as she shoved his hand away. "What? That the detective and Marvel are sleeping together?" He asked. "No. If the cow's favorite color is brown. Yes! The detective and Marvel are sleeping together!" Celeste smacked Dominique upside the head. "N-No! No, I didn't know!" The sidekick held his head.

"I'll see you tomorrow." Marvel whispered to the detective before he (the detective) walked off to leave the building. Supervillain cleared their throat. "Hello there, Marvel." Celeste chuckled, "Getting frisky with the detective there I see." Dominique laughed lightly as Celeste spoke. Marvel shot him a stare before looking back at Celeste. "You are not to speak a word about this. Not to anyone." Marvel spoke sternly. The supervillain patted Celeste down, extra precaution of course. "Not even Hero. I want no word of this or your head will be displayed for the city to see." Supervillain finished, voice cold. He would stay true to his word and Celeste knew that for sure.

"And why, per se, would I tell the Hero?" Celeste's arms sparked a nervous purple lightning. "You ramble during battles, little Villain." Supervillain turned around on his heels and started walking further down the hallway.

"Come along, Dominique." Celeste followed behind Marvel, motioning to their sidekick to follow them. "You know people are looking for you right? They all think you're dead, which leaves the Hero's boss in charge." The witch moves to the side of the supervillain. Dominique lurked closely behind the two, trying not to bring too much attention to himself. Though Celeste knew he was creeping behind them, ever so silently.
