seventy-two

All the boys were sitting next to the same table. They were going to take off soon. The last piece of pizza was placed on Felix's plate and the said boy decided to change the topic of their conversation to his friends' relationships.

"Ay, Seungmin" he started. "How did it happen that you and Jeongin became a thing?".

"You haven't heard about the shower thing?" Changbin laughed.

"Binnie, it's not funny" Seungmin grunted, looking at Jeongin, who was blushing hardly.

"Wait, I'm pretty sure that something happened between you two under this shower," Hwang said, getting the attention of the others. "Jeongin, tell me. Did you like it?" he croaked.

The youngest boy swallowed loudly. He didn't like returning to those topics, especially the shower thing. It was one, stupid incident but Kim's friends were constantly coming back to the day when Seungmin entered the school bathroom when he was showering.

"I'm going outside" he announced, putting his glass back on the table.

He was blushing really hard and he knew it. After a few seconds, he left the restaurant. Seungmin momentarily went after him. It was dark outside, but he didn't find a crowd there. The younger boy leaned back on the building's wall. He was looking down, though he didn't pay attention to the pavement. 

"Jeongin" he said and the younger jumped away, shocked. He didn't expect that someone will go after him. He needed some time alone to think about these things. He was confused because they weren't a couple even though Seungmin's friends were behaving like they were one. And yet, the boy who was messing with his thoughts had to appear next to him. "Something's wrong?"

"I don't feel comfortable" he answered honestly. "I'm talking about your friends. They're constantly talking about this embarrassing day" he sighed. 

"You're talking especially about Hyunjin, right?" he chuckled. "You shouldn't give a fuck about him. He has a specific sense of humour and I wouldn't do anything without your allowance, Innie".

"That's not the only problem..." he sighed.

"I know they're annoying, but no one's perfect" he added and made one step closer to the brown-haired boy. "Maybe besides you" he giggled and placed his hand on the burning cheek of the shorter boy. Yang closed his eyelids, falling deeply in the pleasing feeling of the older's touch.

"Why do you even like me?" Jeongin said, looking straight forward into the older's dark eyes. He tried to find some answers in his eyes.

The older boy pulled Jeongin in, closing him in a tight hug. Yang sniffed deeply the scent of Seungmin's perfume. At some point, he sneezed quietly, which made Kim giggle. Kim put one of his hands in the other's hair. He placed the other hand on Jeongin's back, trying to calm him down.

"Because you're the most wonderful boy that I've ever seen and nothing will make me change my mind" he answered, kissing him lightly for a few seconds.

"Seungmin, your friends are staring through the window" Yang said, interrupting their kiss.

"So what? They'll know, that I'm happy" he laughed melodically. He grabbed Jeongin's hand and pulled him in. "I was waiting too long to confess because I was afraid of your reaction. So... "

"Woah, it sounds seriously" Jeongin chuckled. 

"Yeah" he sighed. "Innie" he added, moving away a little bit to look into the younger's eyes. "Would you like to be my boyfriend?"

The younger's eyes widened immediately and his lips parted a little bit. He wasn't sure if Kim really offered him a relationship or if he just misheard something. But Seungmin repeated his question, which made Jeongin smile widely.

"Yes, I want to be your boyfriend, Minnie" he answered and then snuggled into the taller's body.

"So, now I can kiss you whenever I want and no one will have a problem with that?" he mumbled and the other shook his head.

Kim kissed him again, this time more passionately. After a few seconds, they parted and decided to come back inside. Two minutes passed and everybody knew about their new relationship.
