10) Enid!?

As you were walking home you couldn't help but think about the sorta intimate moment you and Carl had just shared. You smiled as you placed your finger tips to your lips and walked into Maggie's, Glenn's and Yours house.

Maggie looked at the door from the kitchen "Hey kiddo!" "Hey Mo-Maggie!" You didn't know if she was comfortable with you calling her mom yet so you just stuck with Maggie.

"What's got you so perky?" You smiled "I'll tell you later when Glenn isn't here" "Well he isn't if you wanna tell me now" You smiled and shrugged.

Walking into the kitchen you see Maggie doing the dishes so you hopped on the island that yall have in the center of yalls kitchen.  "So spill the tea kiddo." "Yknow how you knew I liked Carl way before I knew and how you thought he liked me back?"

She nodded and continued the dishes "Well when we were stuck in that building at The Terminal, we kissed.  And then today we kissed as I was leaving because Judith had already fallen asleep."  Maggie almost dropped the glass cup she was washing.

"YALL KISSED?! OH MY GOD I HAVE TO TELL MICHONNE!!" "Mom chill!" you caught what you had said "Oh my-  Im so sorry.." She put the glass down and turnt towards you "Did you just call me mom?!" you nodded slightly.

She ran to the island and hugged you "Im so glad you think of me as your mom!!" you smiled and hugged her back.  Glenn walked in "Babe im home" he spoke as he placed his bags down and saw you and Maggie hugging while you were on the island.

He laughed and walked into the kitchen "What'd I miss?" "She called me mom!!" Glenn stared at Maggie "Oh that's wonderful!" "Welcome home dad?" You mumble the last part and he smiled "Thanks kiddo, its great to be home." You smiled up at Glenn and opened your arms, so did Maggie and you all hugged.

Right up until Rick burst into the door with Michonne, Judith, Carl, Ron and his mom and brother, all of them having blood somewhere on them. "Maggie?!" you heard Michonne call "In the kitchen!" they all ran in and judith seemed like she had been crying and same with Carl "There's another breakout, Y/n take judith and carl and go to your room upstairs."

You nodded and got off the island and took Judith running upstairs with Carl behind you. You shut the door and locked it "Her bottle and formula?!" Carl pulled them all out of his bag.

You nodded and you heard furniture being moved and Judith felt the vibration and woke up, almost instantly crying. You rocked her and calmed her down. Maggie knocked at your door and you unlocked and opened it. They all cramed into your room after moving the couch up the stairs and other furniture in from of the windows and doors.

You sat on your bed still holding Judith and the adults left for Maggie's and Glenn's room leaving Carl, Judith and you alone.  Judith was fast asleep straddled in a blanket on your bed so you and Carl were up to whatever yall wanted to.

"Hey wanna sit on the roof?" Carl shrugged "Can we?" "I mean its not like they can climb" you laughed and he joined in "What about judith?" "We'll give her to the adults?" he shrugged "Best idea i suppose." you nodded and picked her up.

Once yall made it to Glenn and Maggie's door you opened it and handed Rick Judith "We're going to be on the roof" "Be careful and don't fall." Glenn stared at you while saying the last part and you both nodded walking back to your room.

Opening the window, You stepped out and climbed further up on the roof so you were able to sit without slipping and Carl followed behind you.  Ron and his brother stayed with their mom with the adults.

You stared at the zombies all piling in Alexandria and panic "Enid!  Carl we have to find Enid!" "Ron say's she's out the walls?" "That's even worse!" You slide down the roof and make your way into your window.  Carl shortly behind you, you run into the "adults room" "Enid!" "She's out the walls she's fine, y/n." Ron spoke and you glared at him.

Yes, you didn't like Enid for the fear of her taking Carl from you but that still doesn't mean you'll let her die. You stated ideas on going for her and then the idea of doing what you and Carl did back at the terminal was stated and Rick looked down at you.

"Y/n there's too many zombies out your door." You shook your head "No there isn't, when me and Carl were up on the roof there was hardly any at the door. We could just grab two and do that many." Everyone agreed with you but Rick and then he finally sighed and agreed.

With the blood and guts of the zombies on you all, yall walked in a line hand n hand. You started to get a bad feeling about your whole idea but knew you would blow your cover if you said anything. Rick always had his gun on him so you felt a little bit safer up until Ron's little brother, Sam was calling for his mom(forgot her name) and was eaten.

But little did you know, someone you love would be getting hurt...
