Chapter 11- Showdown On The Docks

It was currently 1 p.m. in the afternoon and Teams BANE, RWBY, JNPR, and CFVY were eating lunch and talking to each other in the cafeteria. After getting back to her dorm room last week, Velvet told her team she was dating Andrew, to which they congratulated her. Then in the first class the next morning, Coco spilled the beans to a friend and now the whole school knew of the new couple. With Team CRDL gone, there weren't many racists left in Beacon. Obviously, the ones that remained found the idea of a human dating a Faunus absolutely deplorable and disgusting. However, they wisely decided to keep their mouths shut for fear of being expelled like Carden and his team, or worse, being on the receiving end of Andrew's wrath. They all had witnessed what Andrew and his team did to Team CRDL when they defended a RANDOM Faunus they had just met, they didn't even want to imagine what Andrew would do to them if he found out they were talking trash about a Faunus he was dating. At the moment, Team BANE and their friends were playing a guessing game while eating.

Eric: "Something that fits in my hand."

Ruby: "Acorns!"

Eric: "Nope."

Coco: "Coins?"

Eric: "No."

Team BAN: "Legos."

Eric: "Yep."

Coco: *bangs fist on table* "This isn't fair, you guys are like the same freaking person!"

Jaune: "I mean, they are quadruplets. So genetically speaking, they are the same person."

Yang: *frustrated groan* "Seriously, how do you guys keep doing that?! It literally only takes you one try to get the answer right and it's starting to piss me off!"

Nora: "Oh my gods, can you read each other's minds?!?!?!"

Fox: *crosses arms and smirks* "That's not possible, none of them have a semblance for that."

Noah: "We can actually."

Pyrrha: *taken aback* "Wait, you can actually read each other's minds?"

Brody: "In a way. We can't literally read each other's minds, but as your boyfriend pointed out..." *Pyrrha and Jaune blush* "...we're quadruplets. We've lived with and known each other our entire lives, so knowing what we're all thinking is as natural to us as breathing. It's a special kind of bond only twins, triplets and in this case, quadruplets can have. It's sorta like a sixth sense."

Weiss: "That's incredible, it truly shows the bond you share."

Yatsuhashi: *looks at the time* "Well on that note, we better get to class. We'll see you guys later."

Coco: "Wait, just one more round! I know I can get it this time!"

Andrew: *smirks* "Alright, a small piece of candy." 

Coco: "A piece of chocolate!"

Eric: *rolls eyes with a smile* "Jelly beans."

Andrew: *grins* "Correct."

Fed up with the constant losses, Coco slammed her fist on the table and stomped away.

Team BANE: "Sore loser," *looks at each other* "OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH!!!" 

Everyone began laughing, not expecting Team BANE to say that at the same time. Great minds really did think alike.

Velvet: "Well, we better get going, we don't want to be late to class. And we better make sure Coco isn't too upset." *kisses Andrew on the cheek* "I'll see you later."
