"GEORGE'S ROOM IS BIGGER than mine," Izzie complains. Shut up, it's 4 in the morning.

"I have more clothes, I should have the bigger room," she continues.

"I got here first! Besides, Delilah has the biggest room out of all of us. You should be taking this up with her," George exclaims. Oh, you did not just bring me into this, puppy boy.

"This is Meredith's house, she should decide," the former model retorts. It's 4 AM, how do these people have the energy?

Delilah finally decides to come out of her room.

"Will you all please shut up? It's 4 AM. And it's a Monday!" she groans. Ignoring the looks her fellow interns gave her, she made her way to the kitchen. She's making crepes for breakfast today. It seemed fitting- a sweet start to a bitter day. The girl also started the coffee machine, knowing her housemates did not share her love for matcha, which, honestly, is a shame.

Humming a soft tune, Delilah starts chopping some strawberries. One thing about Delilah is that she loves strawberries. It's the one fruit she could eat for the rest of her life and be content with.

Grabbing herself a Tupperware, Delilah stores some of the crepes inside. This would be good to share with the nurses. God knows they're busy and don't eat breakfast.

Finally finished with breakfast, she decides to go back upstairs to get ready for the day. Armed with Meredith's coffee mug and a crepe, Delilah knocks on the bathroom door.

"Go away!" Meredith screams from inside.

"Huh, okay then. I guess you don't want any crepes," Delilah calls out.

There's a brief moment of silence.

Then, the door opens. Ha! Works every time.

As soon as she walks inside, the girl is bombarded by her best friend. The dirty blonde snatches the coffee mug out of her hand. Hostile, much?

"I wish that they were more like you sometimes," the older of the two whines.

"Just sometimes?"

At the hospital, the interns follow their resident down the hall as she complains.

"Fools on bikes killing themselves. Natural selection is what it is."

"So what's up with the Nazi, is she off her meds?" Alex whispers to George.

"You've never heard of the race?" is all he gets back from George. Still confused, the man looks to the other interns for an explanation.

"So every year this bar-" Delilah starts.

"The Dead Baby Bar," Meredith cuts in.

"Okay," the brunette snaps, "the Dead Baby Bar holds this underground bike race-"
