Synthia Sanderson is the daughter of Sarah Sanderson, and she's friends with Mal, Evie, Jay and Carlos. When she gets the opportunity to go to Auradon with her friends, she has no idea what to expect from the journey.
I only take credit for some asp...
We waited while Fairy Godmother set up a video call for us so Mal, Evie, Carlos, Jay and I could talk to our parents. "Is this... what do I do? What am I doing wrong? I can't see anything, nor can I hear," Maleficent said, then she apparently figured out what she was doing wrong. "Mal!" She cried suddenly. "Hi Mom," Mal replied. "You children are never far from our thoughts," Jafar said with a wave. After arguing with Fairy Godmother for a few minutes, we started talking to our parents. Well, we would have, if Cruella hadn't suddenly leaned across the others. "Carlos! Is that a dog?!" She asked Carlos. "Oh, why yes, it's the perfect size for a nice coat," she added to the stuffed dog on her shoulder. "He's the perfect size for a pet!" Carlos said angrily. "Oh," Cruella said, apparently taken by surprise. "And FYI, your dog is stuffed! So give it a rest!" He continued. "Ooh-hoo-hoo, burn!" Jafar commented. "Oh, why don't you go sell a toaster, you two-bit salesman!" Cruella retorted. "People who talk to stuffed animals shouldn't throw stones!" Jafar said back. "Yeah, well, people who sell toasters shouldn't use mixed metaphors!" Cruella said. "Hi Mom!" I said to my mom. "Hi Synthia!" She replied, just as Mal turned off the screen, fed up with the bickering of our parents. ----
The night before Ben's coronation, Mal and I were in the kitchen making brownies with an anti-love potion in them. Mal had told me earlier in the evening that she was going to release Ben from the control of the love potion, because she felt like it would be cruel to make Ben love her when her mother took over. I in turn told her that I was going to release Audrey from the control of the love potion because I didn't want her to be forced to love me. I wanted her to be happy.
If Only (Reprise) (Duet Version) Mal: If only I knew what my heart was telling me Don't know what I'm feeling, is this just a dream?
Synthia: If only I knew what my heart was telling me Don't know what I'm feeling, am I under a spell?
Mal & Synthia: I know it's time to say goodbye So hard to let go
I let a tear fall into the brownie mix that we had made, unsure what I felt. Is this what it feels like to have a broken heart? I wondered to myself. We finished making the brownies and went to bed for the night.
The next morning, I got up and put on my dress for Ben's coronation, making sure that everything was perfect.

I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled, hoping that Audrey would like my look. I liked the dress that Evie had made me, finding it both comfortable and stylish. I left the dorm and decided to go for a walk in the forest, and I made sure to bring one of the brownies Mal and I made last night, just in case I ran into Audrey while I was out walking. I got to the bridge where I told Audrey that my middle name was Bronwyn, and then I saw a familiar figure walking towards me. "Audrey? What're you doing out here this early?" I asked her. "I might ask you the same question," she said. "I felt like going on a walk," I replied. "Same here," she replied. "Do you want a brownie?" I asked her. "Sure. I love brownies," she said, so I gave her the brownie I had brought with me from my purse. She took a bite, and I felt a little tense. "So... how does it taste?" I asked. "It's pretty good. The anti-love potion really gives it a nice kick," she said, and I halfway released a sigh of relief, then I realized what she just said. "I knew about the love potion on our date at the lake. See, it's not just any lake; it's enchanted. It can lift the effects of most spells and potions," she said.
Audrey's P.O.V
"So, what? You've just been faking it since then?" Synthia asked me. "I haven't been faking anything. I understand why you used the love potion on me, by the way. You had feelings for me, but you didn't know how else to get my attention. I get it. I probably would've done the same thing if I were in your position," I said. To my surprise, she threw her arms around me and embraced me. I hugged her back, a smile coming to my face. I truly enjoyed Synthia's company. She made me happier than I ever had been before. I wouldn't give her up for the world. "You look great, by the way. Your dress suits you well," I said. "Thanks. You look good too," she replied.
When we got to the great hall of Beast Castle, I wondered to myself about what I truly thought of the VKs, as they had come to be known. Obviously, I was glad that Synthia had been picked to come to Auradon. Carlos and Jay were always entertaining, and we got along pretty well. Evie and I had become friends due to our shared love of fashion. The only one I wasn't sure about was Mal. My thoughts were interrupted by a commotion at the front of the room, and I looked to see what was happening, just like everyone else. I was surprised to discover that Jane, Fairy Godmother's daughter, had grabbed her mother's wand, trying to get back the hairstyle that Mal had given her a few days earlier. The wand blasted a hole in the roof, and there was complete silence when Mal grabbed the wand from Jane. "Mal, think about what you're doing," Ben said warily. "Stay back! All of you, stay back!" Mal said, gaining a bit of self-confidence. The next thing we knew, a streak of green smoke landed in the center of the room, and when it dissipated, everyone gasped.
Maleficent had escaped from the Isle.

The next chapter is going to feature the rest of the coronation, followed by a Halloween celebration. Until next time!
