Quiet.

Keep quiet, that's all I can tell myself as I slowly enter the room. I stay as quiet as I can as I creep up behind my most favorite boy in the world. One, I count in my head. Two, the floorboard is about to creek. Three, go!

"Hey." I grab his waist from behind, nuzzling my nose into his neck.

He jumps, squirming as he giggles. "Minho, you scared the shit out of me." He says between his giggles. It's the cutest thing ever when he giggles, especially when he is trying to speak.

He turns around and faces me now, a big smile on his face, like I didn't just almost give him a heart attack. I love his smile so much. "Hi you." He says, fixing my collar.

"Hi ji. Are you almost done?" I ask him, looking at what he was doing.

He takes a breath in and turns back around to look at his progress on his work. "I'm almost done, but I think I might have started too early. It's not even December yet." He turns back to me again, leaning on the table with his arms crossed.

I like how close we are, with me basically caging him in, so I can't hold back a smile. He starts to smile as well, "Why are you so smiley?"

I shake my head. "No reason," If I get going about how you make me smile I might scare you away. "However, i think you might be right about what you said. The winter dance isn't even happening for another month."

Jisung is a part of the student council, so he takes on these tasks. He is the most reliable of the group if i might say so myself, he does way too much for everyone. I think he is a people pleaser.

"I know." He groans. "I just get so excited about these things that I start to plan too early and then over plan, you know?"

I nod. "I do, but that's why you're the best on the student council. You do this because you care."

He smiles, looking down at his feet. "If you put it that way.."

I giggle. "Let me take your mind off of everything, you need a break." I take his hands, starting to walk backwards leading him out of the room.

"And what are you planning on doing to do that?" He cocks a brow.

"Let's go to that one spot by the River?" I say, starting to walk normally now.

"Okay, I'm down." He giggles, and we both start to almost run down the halls.

It's currently a Friday afternoon, school just got out. Jisung always spends an hour after school on campus, just to sort everything out for the next day. Sometimes it's longer, sometimes it's shorter.

It's shorter because of me most of the time. We exit the building smiling, heading to my car. We both get in with the windows rolled down, enjoying the chilly autumn weather.

I drive us to the gardens, which is where Jisung's favorite ice cream truck and river spot are both at. We arrive at the gardens, heading to the ice cream truck firstly.

"One cookie dough and one vanilla, please." I say to the younger girl. She gives me smile and starts to scoop the ice cream.

I'm assuming she's shy, because she never really says anything. She seems to be a bit younger than us, so maybe she's just intimidated. I would be too, we look like two delinquents.

I take the ice cream out of her hands, replacing it with the money. We both smile at her before walking away. I hand him his ice cream, our hands brush against each other.

We both start to lick our ice creams as we walk to the river, so it's silent on the way there. I like days like this. I feel comfortable being with him, even if it's a deafening silence.

We sit on the bench, in front of the beautiful river view. I can't help but smile whenever I see this beauty. Regardless the season, it's always beautiful.

"Do you like the fall?" He suddenly speaks.

I look over to him, my eyes falling to his lips. I look back to the view before he notices. "I do." I say simply.

He frowns. "Oh. I feel bad that i hate it now."

I shake my head. "Don't," I say, but then look at him.

He just hums, licking his ice cream. I don't like how that conversation ended, so I try to speak again. "Why do you hate it though?"

He shrugs. "I don't know, I just don't like the transition from warm to cold. I like the cold, but the change of weather always drains me. Plus, I don't like how the leaves and everything die and fall."

I hum. "I kind of hate the transition too, plus it's very unpredictable weather."

He hums, nodding his head.

"Hey but think about what you said about the leaves a different way." I turn my body to face him now, "The tree's leaves fall, yes, but they are shedding a layer. I kind of like how they shed their leaves. It always reminds me of the end of the year, where it's time to shed the past year off and start over."

He is staring at me as I speak, making me a bit nervous. I find his gaze intimidating, but I love it when he looks at me when I speak. I feel like it shows he is completely listening to me, even if he isn't. When I finish, I look back to him. He's kind of pouting, but he's nodding.

"You make a good point." He says, looking away from me. "I like the way you look at things."

I chuckle. "I try my best to look at everything in a positive way, because I don't want to end up negative like my parents."

"I have an idea." He suddenly blurts, changing his seating position so he is now looking at me. "What about we just spitfire questions, any questions."

"Any?" I ask.

"Any." He smiles.
