wow I really am obsessed with scorbus

(A/N: what is it with me, scorbus and christmas break? Anyways, sorry for updating late but I hope you enjoy the oneshot!)

"Hey, Scorpius!" Albus exclaimed at the sight of his friend. Albus had asked his mum and dad if they could bring Scorpius with them to shop for Christmas and they agreed. Albus hated-STRONGLY DISLIKED Christmas shopping anyways, so he hoped being with Scorpius would lighten his mood.

"I'll be alright, dad, don't worry," Scorpius said lightly. Draco reluctantly nodded, and left.

They Apparated to Diagon Alley.

"Oh, can we go to Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, please?" Lily begged. "I want to see uncle Ron and George!"

Albus sighed, knowing this would be one of the many shops they would have to walk around to.

An hour later, Albus was worn out and grumpy as the Potters and Scorpius headed to Flourish and Blotts, requested by Scorpius. "I hate this with every part of my soul." Albus grumbled.

"Oh, come on Albus! Would it kill you to smile a little?" Scorpius was the opposite of Albus. While he was lively and excitedly bouncing around the streets, Albus was slouching and unenergetically (is that a thing?) trailing behind Scorpius and his family.

Albus attempted to smile, but instead ended up cracking his mouth muscles, and the smile turned out quite deformed and weird.

"Maybe," Albus shrugged.

Scorpius pushed Albus towards the bookshop.
