Part 17

Raavi went to Ma's room to check on Geetha but stopped listening her name from her. She stood there and eavesdropped on their conversation. Ma and Geetha were discussing about how Raavi was behaving a little out of the box from few days as it was the first time like this since Raavi came here. 

Geetha: Ma aap Raavi ko dekh rahe ho...kuch ajeeb behave nahi kar rahi aaj kal...

Ma: kyu kya hua... She asked wanting to know her pov.

Geetha: nahi mera matlab...kuch din pehle usne apne ghar call Kiya tha...jyada baat nahi ki bas ek wish karke call cut kar diya...aur tabse thodi khoyi hui lag rahi thi...

Ma: ha dekha maine...wo mere paas aayi thi kal... kuch nahi hai Geetha... wo na bas thodi confused hai...ki aisa kyu ho raha...jyada kuch nahi... She spoke the opposite of what she was thinking.

Geetha: Par ma aisa tho wo shuru mai hoti thi jab wo yaha nayi nayi aayi thi... but thode time  baad she became normal... i mean ki wo khush thi... humare saath...apne kaam ke saath... wo aage bad rahi thi na apne past ko bhulake...tho phir aisa kyu ho raha uske saath...mai use aise nahi dekh paa rahi ma..

Ma: tension mat lo Geetha... use thoda waqt do sab thik ho jayega...

Geetha: I wish aisa hi ho...because she deserves the best ma...wo khush rehna deserve karti hai... Itna kuch hua uske saath phir bhi usne haar nahi maani... apne liye khadi rahi... aap ko yaad hai jab uski job risk mai thi aur usne faisla kiya ki wo ab kisike under kaam nahi karegi... She spoke looking into nothing remembering past incident.

Flashback when it was six months since Raavi reached here and now she was working for a company. As usual she gave her best and worked hard. But it was not acceptable by the other employees of the company and felt jealous of Raavi. One of the employee plotted against Raavi and created fake proofs that she was having an illicit relationship with her boss and she was unworthy candidate for the company. Raavi lost her cool and slapped her.

Raavi: How dare u...tumhe kya lagta hai...success ke liye mai itne had tak girungi...
U know what u are jealous of me that a newbie like me is getting all that recognition and not u...aur isliye tum ne mujhpe ye ghatiya iljam lagaya ki mai apne boss ke saath...chi...  It's enough now. I can't take it anymore. I quit.  She said banging her hand on the table. Tum kya mujhe fire karaogi... Mai khud yaha kaam nahi karungi jaha mere so called colleagues aise ho...tumhari recognition tumhe mubarak ho...

With that she threw her Id card on her face and left that office not before proving herself right. Even after that she didn't want to work there where she was questioned for being truthful. That girl was fired and her conduct was demeaned in other company's  websites.

Flashback ended.

Ma: Mai tumhari feelings samjhti hun Geetha... Mai bhi yahi chahti hun ki wo khush rahe... She thought in mind ' shayad sach mai uski khushiyaan laut ke wapas aane wali hai ' chalo Geetha tum jao so jao... Raavi bhi wait kar rahi hogi...

Raavi moved from there before Geetha could see her.

Raavi came running to her room and sat on the bed. She clutched her bedsheet tightly and looked up. She went before the mirror and spoke to herself.

Raavi: kya kar rahi hun mai... kyu kar rahi hun... Geetha aur ma ko bhi pareshan kar rahi hun apne saath..nahi ab aur nahi... Mai apne wajah se apno ko dukhi hote hue nahi dekh sakti... Ma aur Geetha mere liye bohot important hai aur wo bhi mujhse utna hi pyaar karte hai... to yeh meri responsibility hai ki mai unhe unki hisse khushi dun... tu bhi na Raavi kya karti hai...kitna hurt ho gaye mujhe aisa dekh ke...ab aur nahi bohot ho gaya yaar mai bhi bore ho gayi hun rondu ban ke har baat pe  rona dhona...aise tho nahi thi mai even i deserve being happy... enough is enough now. Lagta hai waqt aa gaya hai Somnath wali Raavi se milane ka... wait and watch Ms Geetha u r going to witness wonders like never before.
