Chapter 11 Promise

"What the Fuck!?" You woke startled up hearing Khoi yelled as he saw you in bed with Zhongli.

"What's wrong? Someone trying to attack?" You heard Zhongli sit up quickly hugging you. Given his appearance of messy hair and half closed eyes it was clear he had a good night's rest.

"The hell you doing in mom's bed get out!" Khoi said grabbing your arm trying to pull you away as Zhongli tightened his hug on you keeping you close to him. "Let her you pervert!"

"Son, there nothing wrong with father sleeping in the same bed as mother" Zhongli said as he nuzzled you loving. "I haven't slept this well in a very long time"

"Stop doing that!" Khoi said "it's creepy!"

"That what I told him last night. It's unsettling to creep into bed like that" you said getting out of Zhongli's hug.

"Ah but my love I told you I'll use the door next time" Zhongli said reaching out to hug you again but you got out of bed thus got out of his reach.

"Your seriously telling me you came through the window too??" Khoi said as he sighed and shakes his head "you know. That suddenly doesn't surprise me." He crossed his arm seeing Zhongli get out of bed and follow you across the room where you brushing your hair to get ready for the day. "Let her get ready you creep"

"Now son your making me sound as if I am a pervert" Zhongli said looking unpleased.

"Oh really now?" Khoi started "considered you for starters cornered her on the balcony. Followed her down the street. Became aggressive to a supposed partner thinking I was the product of union between them to self proclaiming yourself as her new husband and I your son to making a contract to obtain your goal then leave us and only come back through a window so you can sneak into mother's bed." Khoi said arms crossed. "That's not counting on how yesterday you already talked about having kids. Now tell me. Where in all of that does not scream 'creepy pervert'?" He asked.

Zhongli stood silent for a few seconds looking at him before turning to you and hugging you loving close and saying in a rather proud voice. "Our son is very smart and has a very good eye"

"Oi! Didn't you get what I'm saying!? And let go of her!" Khoi complained.

"He definitely inherited my intelligence and your gentle nature." Zhongli said as he cuddled you to him.

"What the fuck are you talking-" you cut Khoi off.

"Khoi language. And he's only messing with you." You said as you finished your hair. Zhongli smiled amused having been caught.

"I'm just trying to bond with our son is all" Zhongli said as he rested his head on your giving off a sad sigh. "I have a feeling our son doesn't like me"

"Damn right I don't!" Khoi said angry.

"Now son I know your protective of your mother but you must not hold any anger to me as Im your father now." Zhongli said crossing his arms. "Why are you hostile towards me?"

"Don't be acting like a victim!" Khoi said "you are the one who self inserted himself to our lives! Your the one who suddenly started saying all these weird things!" You got up noticing how Khoi started to shake "I liked it just as it was before. Just me and mother back in Mondstadt!"

"Khoi" you said gently hugging him close to you as a tear fell down his cheek.

"The world so dangerous! I'm scared of people find out about mother they will take her.." he said as he hugged you back hiding into your hug. "I don't want that to happen" he said as you held him close soothing him gently. "I want to go back"
