Parking Garage Ciara's apartment 7am
Police are there , they have numbered the scene
Rafe - Bo, Bo
Bo - is in shock, he's exhausted, and blaming himself that he wasn't there, he's sitting on the floor of the parking garage , by the door that enters the building
Rafe - Bo , I need you to give me a time line here
Bo - eyes shift from what's going on in the Parking garage to Rafe
Rafe - Bo ? I need your help to put this together
Bo - with both pain and anger in his voice and eyes , put this together, Bo gets up off the floor , raising his voice , put this together !!! What does it look like happened here Rafe ?!
Rafe - Bo , you know I love Hope , but if we are going go find her we need to piece together what's happened , so let's go over things starting with when you spoke to Ciara, speaking of Ciara where is she
Bo - I had to send her back up to her apartment. She was besides herself with worry, I didn't want her to see what was going on down here
Rafe - I'll need to talk to Ciara as well. Hope was with her earlier , it's important neither of you leave out any details, now please Bo help me out here
Bo - I haven't seen Hope since dinner, last night
Rafe - ok start from there , start from when you 2 had dinner
Bo - clears his throat , we had dinner with Maggie and Victor at Victor's were still staying there.
Rafe - ok what happened after dinner.
Bo - after dinner , I met you guys at the Cheatin' Heart , Hope was still at the house
Rafe - ok we all met up about 7 pm , did Victor say what time Hope left
Bo - No , he just said that she went to Ciara's , I don't know what time, Bo is looking at Rafe , but it's like he's not there as his eyes shift to the police moving about the parking garage
Rafe - what time did she leave Ciara's do you know
Bo - I spoke to Ciara At about 1115 she told me that Hope had left about 20 minutes before that , but when I called Hopes cell phone she , she didn't answer
Rafe - Ciara gave me Hopes cell phone , Rafe has it zip locked in an evidence bag
Bo - give it to me , give me her cell phone ! God damn it !
Bo grabs Rafe by his jacket and shakes him
Inside Ciara's apartment
Ciara is pacing the floor
She thinks about the argument she had with her mom the night before , tears run down her face, Ciara sits down on the couch and cries
Claire comes down from upstairs
Morning you're up early !
Ciara looks up at Claire
Claire - oh no what's wrong?
Ciara - my mom was hurt last night
In the parking garage , there was blood on the ground , her purse and cell phone were there, something's wrong, something's very ,very wrong , Ciara starts to cry
Claire - hugs Ciara , have you spoken to my dad ? Or my mom ?
Ciara - Tears streak her face , she shakes her head no
Claire - I'm going to call them
Parking Garage Ciara's apartment building
Rafe - Bo , Bo ! Stop it !
A police officer comes Over
commissioner Hernandez everything ok here
Bo - let's go of his grip on Rafe's jacket
I am sorry , can I have Hope's cell phone
Rafe - yeah, I was just going to ask you to look through it see what calls she made and what calls came in , check her texts too , Rafe hands the cell phone over to Bo
Then steps away to speak with another police officer
Rafe - start scanning the security footage at about 11 pm, that's when Bo says Hope left Ciara's apartment, I want the security footage from Ciara's apartment floor as well as the garage scanned , if you find anything let me know immediately
Police officer 1
Yes commissioner Hernandez
With that the officer leaves
Rafe - thinking to himself about the phone call he got , picks up his phone to call Shane
Rafe - morning Shane it's Rafe
Shane - I take it you heard Tony escaped
Rafe- yeah , how the hell did that happen.
Shane - I'm not quite sure , we have 1 Agent dead and the other one missing
The car was abandoned
Rafe - my gut is telling me the missing agent was helping Tony
Shane - you could he right, you should head over to the correctional facility question the guards who completed the transfer
Rafe - I would but we have another situation here, Rafe begins to explain to Shane
Closing screen is split Bo looking through Hope's phone, and Rafe on the phone with Shane
