Ciaras apartment - the door bell rings
Claire answers the door to find Ben
Claire - I don't think it's a good idea for you to be here right now , my dad could show up here or my grandpa, claire glances down the hallway
Ben - do you think I care if your dad or grandfather show up here , I came to see ciara is she home
Claire closes the door , yes she is , she's upstairs.  I'm sure you heard about what happebed to my grandmother
Ben - yes I heard on the news, that's why is here I wanted to check and see how ciara was handling all this
At that moment ciara comes down the stairs
Ciara - im handling it fine , I could be better , but my concern is with my mom now
Ben - how is your mom
Ciara - that's a loaded question, you know you really shouldn't be here , my dad or brother could walk through that door at any moment and trust me they wouldn't be too happy seeing you here
Ben - I can handle them.
Ciara - that's not the point , I don't want to upset either of them
Claire - I'm going to go upstairs and let you 2 talk
Ciara - that's not necessary , Ben won't be staying.  Right now there's nothing to discuss I told you I can't see you for awhile so please respect that and give me the space I need
Ben - just promide me that we will talk soon
Ciara - I can't promise you anything right now
I'm sorry you better go
Ben walks to thr door opens it to find Shawn and Belle
Claire - oh god
Ciara - oh god is right
Shawn and Ben stand face to face
Kiriakas mansion
Rafe , Shane and Steve arrive , Henderson let's them in
Henderson - please wait here I'll get
Mr and Mrs kiriakas for you
He shows Rafe , steve and Shane to the living room , the 3 men stand as Victor and Maggie come in
Maggie - hello gentleman
Victor - what can we do to help you gentleman
Rafe - you know why we're here
Victor - I haven't the foggiest idea what your talking about
Shane - Maggie , you know why we are here , don't you?
Steve - you really think dropping the charges against the DiMeras is wise Maggie , kidnapping is a serious offense
Maggie - is silent and ashamed of her decision
Victor - it was a clear mistake so we dropped the charges is all , now if you'll excuse us
Rafe - you have been by to visit me on more then one occasion Victor, iam more then positive you put her up to this, you could be making one of the biggest mistakes of your lifetime
Victor - my visits have nothing to do with this , Maggie has dropped the charges plain and simple it was a mistake , now I think it's time for you 3 to leave
Steve - looks at Maggie who is doing everything she can to look at any of the men in the eye
Rafe - going to let your husband do all the  talking Maggie ? Come on what's going on ?
Maggie - we are just trying to help Hope , I
Victor - that's it I asked you 3 to leave now either you leave on your own or I will have my security team escort you out which will it he
Rafe - Maggie what did you mean by try to protect Hope
Victor if you want to talk anymore you will have to do it through my lawyers
Rafe - gets close to Victor , I don't know what you did Victor , but next time you come into my office in need of help I'll remrnber this day and don't be surprised if the hemp you need isn't there
Shane - you've said enough Rafe , let's go
Rafe , Shane and Steve go to leave as they do steve is the last one by the door
Steve - whatever it is you've done I see its to protect Hope , all I can say is I hope it works and was worth it , cause the DiMeras are going to walk.  Steve gives Victor a stern look abd closes the door behind him
Maggie - I pray we made the right decision
Victor - hugs Maggie his face has a stern look as he looks over her shoulder
Salem Hospital waiting area
Bo sits and waits on a couch as kim arrives
Kim  - hey
Bo - hey kimber
Kim  - hands Bo a coffee, I never got to see Hope so I figured I'd come when things were a little more quiet
Bo - takes a sip of his coffee , thanks for this
Kim  - hows she doing ?
Bo - shakes his head , not good , she's a wreck , she's either crying, or she's scared and I , I don't know what to do or to say to help her
Kim - well you know , one of the things you can do is to make sure you take care of yourself. Because if you don't take care of yourself your not going to be of any help to Hopes.  Kim  puts her hand on Bos knee and gives him a sympathetic smile
Bo - I know your right
Kim  - yeah , I know I am too , both chuckle
So what are you doing out here
Bo - Kay and Marlena are in with Hope
Hopes hospital Room
Kayla is redoing  Hopes bandages
Kayla - you know , you have to take it easy here, doctors orders remember
Hope - nods , I know , I'm sorry Kay
Marlena - Hope , im not sure what your asking me is truly what you need.
Kayla - I think Marlena is right Hope , physically we can't keep you here at the hospital anymore , your broken ribs, the brusing all that will just take time to heal on its own
Marlena - I understand your concern about seeing larry when he's not there, but iam not surprised by that Hope, you went through a very traumatic experience and seeing or feeling like Larry is with you isn't surprising in fact it's normal , many people who have gone through traumatic experiences like you sense that the person who violated them is with them even though that person is not
Kayla - finishes bandaging Hope , there you go all done
Hope - gets up out of bed, I don't feel ready to go home yet , what happens if this happens again while Iam home Marlena?
Marlena - are you sure Hope , are you sure this is what you want ?
Hope - I think it's best , for now, for me to go to Bayview
Closing scene is Bo and Kim walking in as Hope says she wants to go to Bayview
