Ciara and Hope sit on the couch
Hope grabs the blanket and puts it over her and ciaras legs
Ciara - what are you doing ? I should be taking care of you , not you taking care of me
Hope - smiles , no matter what's happened iam still your mom and it's just what mom's do
Ciara - mom , iam sorry about the other day at the hospital , I wish I had never turned the TV on
Hope - with a,sad look in her eyes you didn't know honey, it's OK
Ciara - when chase raped me , I remember lying there trying to think of something else , trying to think of something that would take me away from where I was
Hope - I'm so sorry sweetie this entire thing ï must have brought up so many horrible memories for you
Ciara - it has , but I'm way past all of it mom and going to marlena that was a huge help
Hope - yeah , i remember , I'll be going to speak to Marlena as well , I umm I just don't think iam quite ready to talk about all if this just yet.
At that moment the doorbell rings , Hope jumps a bit
Ciara - it must be aunt kayla , I'll get it
Ciara answers the door to find Rafe with a female officer
Ciara - confused by the female officer , what's going on ?
Rafe - hey Ciara , Rafe looks past Ciara to see Hope on the couch , I need to get a statement from your mom
Hope - turns to see Rafe , tears in her eyes
Ciara - well nows not a good time
Rafe - iam sorry Ciara I've already waited longer then I should have
Ciara - my dad's not home, I think you should come back
Rafe - OK , when do you think he'll be back
Hope - gets up off the couch , she wipes the tears from her eyes, Ciara please let him in
Hope thinks to herself she doesn't want Bo to hear all the horrible details of what happened
Ciara - mom are you sure
Hope - takes a deep breath , iam sure Ciara
Kiriakas house /living room
Maggie enters , hello sweetie , she hugs jen
Jen - hi aunt Maggie how are you ?
Maggie - I'm good
Jen - yeah , you feeling OK
Maggie - why, yes why ?
Jen - cause the Maggie I know wouldn't let her husband overpower her and tell her to drop the kidnapping charges
Maggie - would you like a cup of tea
Jen - why are you trying to change the subject ?
Maggie - Iam not just thought a cup of tea would he so good right now
Jen - I don't want any tea , and Victor’s not home right now so let's chat aunt Maggie
Maggie - there's really nothing to discuss
Jen - aunt Maggie I know you wouldn't drop those charges , Victor put you up to it and I want to know why
Maggie - jen all you néed know is that we are trying to help Hope and to do that I had to drop the charges
Jen - how does dropping the charges against the DiMeras help Hope ? Explain that aunt Maggie
Maggie - I've said enough Jen , now please let's just have a nice hot cup of tea
Jen - no thank you aunt Maggie , I want to know how dropping the charges is going to help Hope , we're talking about the DiMeras going free ! Is what your doing really worth it ?
Maggie - getting upset and angry both at the same time yes it is ! Now if you'll excuse me I need to get to the volunteer center and with that Maggie grabs her purse and leaves
Jen - tries to follow her, speaking to herself

Larry - alright so out with it what's you deal. Let's lay this all out on the table
Jack - who have you already gotten deals from Larry ?
Larry - laughs I asked you a question first before I answer it you need to answer mine that's how this works
Jack - how am I supposed to offer you a better deal if I don't know what your current deal with Kristen is. I saw Kristen was here for a nice little visit...I'm guessing it wasn't for a conjugal visit. She offered you a deal, didn't she?
Larry - my deal with the DiMeras isn't a deal at all. So whatever it is your offering and whomever it is your offering it with its probably better then anything the DiMeras have presented
Jack - well my guess is that you're not too happy with the DiMera proposal, otherwise your lawyer would be here discussing it with you. I've got something much more interesting in mind that I don't think you'll be able to resist
Larry - life in prison without the chance or parole and I have to plead guilty is the DiMera proposal
Jack - looks puzzled at Larry , why did they hire their lawyer to represent you then , this doesn't make any sense
Larry - Kiriakas wants me to plead guilty he and DiMeras have some arrangement maggie drops the charges against Ej and Tony and Kristen makes sure i plead guilty and receive life in prison no possibility of parole
Jack - interesting , turn of events there
Larry - it is isn't it , so now you know everything , what's your proposal what can you do to help me
Jack - huh ? Oh my proposal, I forgot to mention I don't really have one , but thank you so much for all the useful information . Jack gets up and asks the guard to let him out , have a great day !
Larry - Damn you Devereaux !! You the Bradys, , the DiMeras , the Kiriakas you can all go to hell!
