Salem hospital parking garage
Bo out of his car , slowly moves towards an upset , agitated and crying Hope
Hope - No , stop it ! Stop it !
Jen- she was fine a moment ago I'm not sure what got her upset
Bo - remembers the security footage he watched of Hope and Larry , it's that car alarm. Bo looks around to see which car it is and notices a woman looking for her keys then shuts the alarm off
Bo - hey , hey there , it's off , I am here Hope focus on me , look at me
Hope - eyes slowly move from the parking garage , she slowly pulls her hands from her ears , with tears in her eyes , I am sorry , maybe this is a mistake , maybe I shouldn't be going home , I don't want you to have to worry about me , I am sorry
Bo - moves to Hope , he gently puts his arms around her, stop saying your sorry , none of this is your fault, I am going to take you home and I am going to take care of you. Bo runs his fingers through Hopes hair.
Hope - he attacked me in the parking garage at ciaras apartment, I ,I tried to stop him , i, I faught him , but I wasn't strong enough , he over powered me , I , I couldn't stop him , I couldn't stop him
Jen - you know what sweetie , it's good that your talking about this , it's better you get it out then hold it all in
Hope - I , tried so hard to stop him, I set my car alarm off hoping someone would hear it and come down but no one came , no one came .... tears slowly run down Hope’s face and then he, grabbed me , Hope remembers Larry grabbing her by her hair. And i, I took my keys and I stabbed him in one of his eyes
Bo - that's my girl. That's the Hope I know and love , you know what you got him good .he looked like hell, when I found him
Hope - it wasn't enough though , it wasn't he , he stilll.... Hope can't bring herself to say the words
Jen - it's OK Hope we know.
Hope - nods her head
Bo - come on , let's get you home OK ? I think going home is the best thing for you
Hope - slowly nods her head and Bo and Jen help her into the car
Salem corrections facility
Larry is escorted by a guard to the visitation room , the room is empty
Larry talking to the guard - what's this about , who's here to see me
Guard - your visitor will be in in a moment , pushes larry towards the chair at the table , take a seat
Larry - hey , no need to be so rough
Guard - gives larry a dirty look then steps back out
The door opens to the visitation center and Kristen walks in
Kristen - well hello larry , you look like hell
Larry - what do you want
Kristen - I came to talk about our little agreement
Larry - agreement ? I haven't agreed to anything
Kristen - oh larry , yes you have. You just don't know the terms of our agreement yet
Larry - ok so what are the terms
Kristen - easy, you will plead guilty and serve as much time as the judge sees fit
Larry - what your kidding right , I could defend myself and do better then that what did you get me a lawyer for ? What are you paying him for ?
Kristen - let's just say things have changed since then , now I want you to plead guilty and serve your time
Larry - look I've been down this road before years ago , (larry remembers a conversation he had with Max Hathaway ) I'm not going down that road again. Nope , no thank you
Kristen - slowly leans forward , she looks larry in the eyes , you do as I say, when I say or you die those are your only options
Kristen leans back in her seat do you understand ? Don't forget who Iam Welch and what my last name alone can do. It yields more power then you think , you should know that
Larry - maybe years ago , when your father was alive , but to my understanding things have changed , I mean you and your brothers are facing jail time yourselves
Kristen - oh , I forgot to mention Maggie had the charges dropped , my brothers and I won't be serving any time in fact my brothers are headed home.
Larry - I get it now , you got Victor to drop the charges in turn I go to jail , plead guilty Hope doesn't have to testify , that's what your all after
Kristen - well my , my larry you are much smarter then we all give you credit for
Larry - me pleading guilty isn't an option Kristen I will not rot here in this prison
Get your lawyer to help me , there's loopholes in how everything was handled , you know I was sealed in those tunnels
Kristen - your only damn option is a guilty plea and serve your time larry , if you don't like those terms then , my brothers and I will find another way of handling things
Larry - laughs , can't be much worse then pleading guilty and serving the rest of my life in prison
Prison guard - steps in ,times up Welch let's go
Kristen - don't forget what we discussed , I'll be in touch
Larry - turns and gives Kristen an if looks could kill look
Closing screen is larry and Kristen in a stare down
