Jack and Jens house
Jack and jen arrive at the same time
Jack has a bottle of champagne is his hands
Jen what's this ? We're having champagne it's not even dinner time yet jack
Jack were celebrating !!
Jen - celebrating what jack ?
Jack - I got the information we were looking for out of Larry ! Jack says excitedly
Jen - wait a minute , tell me , what did he say?
Jack - he said that Kristen hired him a lawyer and wants him to plead guilty because Kristen has an agreement with Victor
Jen - explain
Jack - I have to spell it out for you ?
Jen - yeah jack cause you left a lot of blanks here , so fill them in
Jack OK , OK Kristen hired the DiMera attorney to represent Welch , but her lawyer was actually going to get Welch out that was the original plan , but instead Victor went to Kristen and asked her to have Larry plead guilty and serve his time out in prison
Jen - and he would get aunt Maggie to drop the charges. Setting Tony and Ej free
Jack - bingo ! Ding , ding, ding get the lady a prize!
Jen - how does all this help Hope exactly
Jack Larry pleads guilty , goes to prison and Hope doesn't have to testify
Jen - I see but Ej and Tony they go free for kidnapping
Jack - yeah well that was the down side of this entire thing
Jen - aunt maggie wouldnt tell me , I think she was ashamed of her decision
Jack - could be , you would know better then I , but I did get the answers we were looking for so chanpaigne time !
Jen - laughs OK , Jack OK
Let me grab the glasses , jen gets up to go to the kitchen
Jack - OK I'll open the chanpaigne jack calls after her , Jack is having a hard time getting the cork out , he places the bottle between his legs trying to pull the cork when it comes flying out , chanpaigne shoots all In Jacks face and then the cork comes back down and hits him in the head
Jen - returns with the glasses to a covered in champagne jack and laughs
Bo and Hope’s house
Kayla - stop , right now what the hell do you think your doing ?
Rafe- I have to get a statement from Hope , Kayla in fact I should have gotten one already , normal procedure is usually within 24 hours after the incident
Kayla - well this isn't normal procedure here is it , this is Hope were talking about here , and you didn't tell Bo , Hope or anyone else that you were coming by to do this today
Hope - Kayla , it's OK , Rafes right, normal procedure is 24 hours for a reason. People tend to forget the details
Kayla - I don't care Hope did he call you to tell you he was coming , did he call Bo ? No he just shows up here like he still lives here and
Rafe - interrupts Kayla , it wasn't my intention to upset you , Hope or anyone else by doing this but we have to make sure that we get every detail of what transpired so we can put Welch away for good
Hope - gets up off the couch , hearing Larrys name upsets Hope , she grabs the blanket and wraps it around her shoulders , excuse me on just going to grab a cup of tea does anyone want anything
All say no thank you
Ciara I'll come with you mom
Hope - no its OK I'll be right back
Hope goes into the kitchen
Kayla - im so very terribly disappointed in you . It's one thing to get Hope’s statement , it's another to do it unannounced and without Bo here
Ciara - rafe I think maybe it's best if you leave and when my mom is ready we will bring her by the station
Rafe - you know I'm not trying to hurt Hope here, I want to put Welch away and lock away the key , and Hope knows to do that I need to get her statement. Look I love Hope just as much as the rest of you do and I wouldn't so anything to hurt her
At that moment Bo enters the door with Steve
Bo - like Hell you do
Brady kitchen
Hope goes to put a tea pot on the stove
As she does she listens to everyone arguing
Hope thinks to herself this is all my fault , had this not have happened , they all wouldn't be arguing
The back door opens up and Larry walks in
Larry - you know what your right it is all your fault fancy face, you should have gotten rid of me years ago
Hope - turns to face Larry , a couple of tears in her eyes, you get the hell out of my house
Larry moves towards Hope , laughing you can't get rid of Me that easily Hope , you've tried it before and it hadn't worked
As Larry moves towards Hope. Hope backs up closer to the stove
Hope - your not really here, your in jail , your not really here , Hope backs up into the stove and puts her hand on the tea kettle burning herself , she let's out a scream .
Larry - laughs and then walks out the back door
Closing screen
Bo , rafe , kayla, Ciara and Steve enter the kitchen to find Hope standing by the stove holding her burned hand
