I am with Hope hernandez (Bo givres rafe a look ) at her home Hope will be giving a statement regarding her kidnapping , and rape that that transpired on October 15th
Rafe - Hope can you tell us how this all started , date , time , location
Hope - is strong at first , I was at my daughters apartment on October 15th , I think I left my daughters apartment at about 11pm , and made my way to the parking garage , once In the garage I went to go look for my keys (insert footage from first episode of losing Hope )

Hope - I couldn't find my keys I was digging for them , then when I found them I heard someone behind me , (Hope’s breathing becomes a little heavier ) it was Larry , i, I was shocked to, to see him , I , I thought he was dead , I set the alarm off to my car hoping someone would hear it, then Larry grabbed me by my hair and I, I grabbed one of my keys and I tried to stab him with it . Hope - I ummmm I dropped my keys , Larry still had me by my hair and I remember thinking I have to get away now , I grabbed my purse and I hit Larry with it and then (Hope is visably shaking) and then Larry let go of my hair and grabbed my arm and he , he ummmm put something around my arm , i, i, don't know what it was (insert scene from episode 1) I remember thinking I am not going to let him get ahold of my other arm so I , I somehow managed to get away, but Larry caught me and , and he knocked me down to the ground and (tears start streaming down Hope’s face ) and he sat on my back and tied me up

Larry - she's a fighter that ex wife of mine , she just wouldn't give up ! Damn bitch she took off running , she fell , yeah she fell and I helped her back up to her feet
Larrys attorney - she fell ?

Bo and Hopes house

Hope - I wasn't going to let him get me in my car I couldn't let him get me into my car , (Hope is crying and shaking ) I remember spitting in his face and him grabbing my keys and Turing the alarm off

Hope - is so worked up that she can't stop , tears flow freely from her eyes , she is trembling , her voice shakes as she speaks
I, I couldn't let him get me into my car , I couldn't , I was kicking my feet and screaming , hoping someone would hear me but no one came , and Larry he dragged me kicking and screaming to my car and I remember him shaking me , I , I don't know how he got me to the tunnels after that , I don't know how , Hope is now crying unable to stop crying
Bo - hugs Hope , gritting his teeth he speaks to Rafe - this stops now. Turn that damn recorder off
