Rafes office
Rafe sits at his Desk Hopes file in front of him sits closed
He runs his fingers over the top of it
Then remembers his visit with Larry
Followed by Victor visiting him
A knock comes at Rafes door
Rafe - come in
Shane abd Steve enter the office -
Shane thought I'd stop by and let you know what Intel we got from the ISA on Tony and EJ
Rafe - with everything else going on with Hope I put that on the back burner
Steve - shakes his head , I can't imagine what she's going through right now
Shane - kim said she's having a rough go round of it , she's headed up there soon herself
Steve - not sure how many people she will see , I haven't been able to see her myself , but I was able to be there to help kayla and Bo
Rafe - so what we're you going to tell me about Tony and EJ
Shane - Isa Intel said they found them
Rafe - really where ?
Steve - one of stefanos other estates
Rafe - ok and , can we get them extridited back here
Shane - well we were working on that
Rafe - how long will it take
Steve - Shane said we were working on it , there's a problem
Rafe - what's the problem , those kidnapping charges will stick we have Maggie she will testify
Shane - that's the problem right there , maggies changed her story , she is saying that Tony and EJ didn't kidnap her
Rafe - wait , what ? I was just with her at the courthouse yesterday she didn't mention anything to me about this
Steve - well she has changed her story and now we have no choice but to drop the charges
Rafe- gets up fron his desk , come on let's go
Shane - where are we going gentleman
Steve - I know where were headed
The 3 men leave Rafes office
Salem Hospital - Hope’s Room
Hope , blinks her eyes open
She sees Bo sleeping in the chair next to her bed and she smiles slightly
She goes to sit herself up a little bit when she realizes both her wrists are attached to the bed by straps , she starts to get upset and is trying to get herself free when Bo Wakes up
Bo - Hope , Hope calm down
Hope - With both anger and upset in her voice , why am I locked up to my bed
Bo - let me get Marlena
Hope - looks down at her hands and wrists and sees the bandages and remembers what happened In the bathroom
Then stops trying to get free
Hope - you don't have to get Marlena
Bo - well she has the keys to the straps Hope , so I need to get her
Hope - how long have I been asleep
Bo - over 24 hours , kayla had to give you a sedative , you were really over tired and upset , Bo gets up from the chair to stand by Hope as he speaks , and you seemed to be panicking in the bathroom
Hope - remembers what happened
Speaking slowly , I broke the mirror in the bathroom and I , I cut my hands doing that
Bo - you broke the mirror on purpose Hope ? Why ?
Hope - turns her head away from Bo and goes silent
Bo - Hope , it's ok , please tell me , whatever it is I'll help you
Hope - not looking at Bo , I , I , saw Larry in the mirror , I thought if I smashed the mirror he would go away , but he didn't , he's still with me , he will always be with me , a couple of tears come from Hope’s eyes as she looks across the room to see larry standing by the door
Bo - he's not here Hope, he's in jail and that's where he's going to stay
Hope - still looking at Larry by the door
Larry I'll be back fancy face, he waves and leaves through Hope’s hospital room door
Hope with tears in her eyes , he may be gone for a little while, he may be in jail, but he is always here with me do you understand what iam saying , Hope is starting to get agitated and pulls hard at the straps holding her down , blood starts to drip from the bandages on one arm from the pressure of Hopes pulling
Bo - looks at Hope as,the blood starts to drop to the floor , stop , stop , all your doing is hurting yourself , please , Hope
Hope - keeps pulling at her straps, get Marlena!! get me out of these !!
Bo - ok , ok I'll get Marlena , please Hope , Bo gets up out of the chair, he opens the door to Hopes Room and asks the nurses at the station to call Marlena he glances back and sees Hope trying to pull her wrist out of a strap
Hope - Hope remembers being zip tied by larry in the parking garage , get me out of these, get me out of these now !!! Now !!!!!
Bo - with concem in his voice as he witnesses Hope get more upset at each passing second , get Dr Evans , hurry please
Closing screen is Bo rushes back to an upset and angry Hope , he wraps his arms around her as she struggles to free her wrists
