Selin picked up her phone, "I want to know who Serkan Bolat's new girlfriend is and I want to know now."

"I don't have a name, I'm trying to find out. As soon as I have it I'll get back to you."

"You make sure you do that."

Serkan thought that he was going to move on from her? He thought that he was going to have a girlfriend? He was wrong on all counts. She was the boss. She would tell him what he could and could not do. It was time he learned that lesson. She had tried to give him time but enough was enough. She was done waiting.

Selin got a call back an hour later, "What do you mean no one knows who he's dating? Surely someone knows. I saw him with her. She has to have a name. Find out who she is."

Eda and Serkan decided to stay in her apartment for the night because it was closer to Ceren's house. He hadn't been to the loft space before so he was curious to see what it looked like. Serkan wasn't prepared for the openness and light as well as the plants that Eda had scattered around. He should have expected them with her growing up in a florist shop.

"I usually have my easels set up over here but they're at your parents' house right now, I get light from the windows and sky lights and then back here is the living area and bedroom. Here, help me water these plants." Eda filled a watering tin and handed it to him, she took a second one for herself and went over to the kitchen sink.

"What do you think of the space?"

"I like it a lot, the light during the day must be tremendous for you to paint by." He went to water the plants that she directed him to.

"What's your ideal home Eda? City? Apartment? House?"

"That's a good question, I love the light here but I hate that I don't have any green space. I like the layout of your place for the most part and I like that it's on the river, but it might be a bit far out from the city. I guess my dream house would be a modern place on the sea with a loft for me to paint and a garden. That's a dream though."

"The reason I lived with my parents was because of my mother. Now that she has made it out of the house once I think that she will start to go out again. What would you think about starting to look for your dream house?"

Eda stopped watering, "Are you serious?"

"Very. I think that your art career is going to take off after your show and you are going to need more space to work. I can be anywhere, but I like the idea of being on the sea, and having a yard is important for Sirius. I'd like a home gym and an office, but other than that I don't have many requirements."

She walked over to Serkan and took his can from him and placed it on the table, "You're serious?"

"Yes, very serious." Serkan just looked at Eda.

She walked over and sat on the couch. He watched her sit down, afraid that he had scared her or pushed her too hard. Eda sat on the couch staring into space, Serkan was starting to get worried.

He walked over and sat down next to her, "Eda, if it's too much, I won't mention it again. I'm sorry if I got carried away."

She turned to look at him, tears were brimming in her eyes, "No one has ever offered to do something like this for me before. I'm usually the one trying to figure out the next steps. Melo moved in with us when she was six. I started working in the flower shop when I was eight. I took over the books for the flower shop from my aunt when I was twelve. I got my first modeling job at sixteen and began paying making payments on the mortgage."

Serkan moved closer to her on the couch, taking her into his arms, letting her continue to talk.

"My aunt never asked if I wanted to model, I was offered a job and she accepted for me because the money was good. Who lets a twelve year old do the bookkeeping? Don't get me wrong, I love my aunt but she never asked me what I wanted. Even university, she wanted me to do something else. Keeping my modeling going and paying the bills was my compromise."
