Maggie's family was religious. They believed in the marriage of man and woman along with preserving yourself until marriage.

What they weren't too keen on is that Maggie was a lesbian. Maggie hid it for a couple of years because she knew her parents would disown her at the drop of a hat, so she kept to herself.

She went to church every Sunday bible study every Wednesday and even did charity whenever she was needed. Her parents were skeptical on why Maggie wasn't in a relationship yet at the age of 18.

They always pushed her to get a boyfriend, but Maggie always went with the excuse I'm too busy for that. Her grades always proved her point Maggie was an "A" student and had multiple offers from multiple colleges and free rides to majority of them.

Maggie had been dating Billie for over 3 years they were in love to say the least. Her parents didn't know about Billie. Only Jordan did Maggie's best friend. He also knew she was a lesbian.

Nights Maggie wanted to spend with Billie she would propose a plan to Jordan, and they would follow through with it. Billie understood Maggie's situation with her parents and never rushed her to come out to her parents.

Billie knew Maggie had funds in the bank so at the age of 18 Maggie would move into Billie's apartment and go to college and Billie supported that idea 100%. All she wanted was for Maggie to pay attention to her school.

Billie's mom had already paid for the apartment four years in advance giving both the girls time to focus on getting jobs and college so when they graduated, they would be set in life. Maggie didn't like handouts and told Billie's mother when they were set, she would double the money she gave them for their start.

Billie was a girl who was more creative than anything. She'd skip school not to be a delinquent but to do graffiti on the streets or play instruments. Billie was a live in the moment type girl and Maggie adored that about her girlfriend.

Her blonde hair and blue eyes gave of an innocent demeanor, but Billie was anything but innocent. Maggie loved the thrill she got with Billie it was like something she had never experienced, and Maggie loved that feeling.

Maggie also adored the way the blonde made her feel. Like her body was on a heater melting into the mattress. How she was so gentle with her and how she would love her before anything or anyone else including herself. Billie never wanted to leave Maggie and neither did Maggie.

Today was Maggie's birthday. Her plans of moving in with Billie was set off a year because she spent half the summer across sees for a global religion camp. Maggie was nervous. She had already put off her college for a year, but Billie's mom agreed to pay off another year due to the complications.

Today was the day she was going to tell her parents about everything. Maggie had already packed her bags and put them in her car the day before. Maggie took all her belonging she could fit.

Her room was mostly empty her mother came in the day before, but Maggie just said she was spring cleaning.

While her parents were planning her party, she was about to shatter their life of having a perfect daughter. Maggie loved Billie and someone like Billie didn't need to hide behind her forced religion.

Maggie wanted to kiss Billie in public and hold hands and Maggie knew as long as she was living with her parents obliging by their rules that would never happen.
