Maggie scanned her phone as she noticed a familiar band playing in the next six months.

"Hi baby" Billie said walking into the room. "Hi my love." Your favorite band is on tour we should get some tickets.

"Ohh your right." Billie replied as Maggie purchased the tickets. "We might not even be together in the next six months." Billie replied as the room was silent.

"Yeah, but there is nothing wrong with being optimistic." Maggie responded kissing the blonde. Billie and Maggie were not strangers to being on an off lover every time the girls we breakup they'd be back the next month.

They were toxic to say the least, but they loved each other so whenever the girls joked about not being together, they were serious.

two months later

"Billie this isn't going to work; I can't keep doing this the arguing the yelling the picking random fights you need to work on yourself." Maggie replied as the blond was crying.

"You're just going to give up on us like this?" Billie asked as tears streamed down her face. "We can't just keep going back and forth to each other it's toxic and were never going to find love like this."

"I'm trying my best to make this work Maggie you're just walking out?" Billie replied sobbing. "We can fix this." She replied walking towards Maggie. "Stop sex isn't going to fix anything Billie I'm leaving fix yourself." Maggie replied slamming the door.

present time

Maggie started at the banner Infront of the Hollywood bowl seeing as Billie's favorite band played. Maggie had bought two tickets she didn't really know why. It was a force of habit she was always optimistic that Billie would be waiting for her.

Maggie still remembered the year they met in 2011 Billie's hair was short and blonde she had a tank top and cargo pants on and a belly piercing. Maybe it was too cliche, but Maggie fell in love on sight.

Skip forward five years later and Maggie couldn't bear to hear the band she once met the blonde too. It would bring up too many memories that she wasn't going to let her current relationship fail because of an old one.

Maggie looked in the crowd seeing the familiar stance the familiar blonde hair. She hated to admit it, but she could spot out Billie from a million people. With a quick turnaround Maggie knew it was Billie she scratched the thought off and resumed to what she was doing.

It wasn't until her girlfriend came back with the beer. "Here you go love." She responded the smell of liquor radiating off her breath. Billie never drinked a day in her life she said it was disgusting and a weird addiction for her to pick up.

"You can keep it" Maggie replied. Without any pushing her girlfriend shook her head. Once the festival was over, they made it back to their car. It had been so long since Maggie had seen Billie, and she knew it was her she could never forget.

Some part of Maggie felt guilty for feeling this way about a woman who'd been long gone for five years. Maggie had forgotten how bad she'd wanted the blonde and seeing her the Hollywood Bowl didn't make it better.

It was something about falling in and out of love with the woman which drew her more and more to the blonde. Realizing the choice, she had to make. "We should breakup." Maggie replied to her girlfriend.

"Why did I do something, do you need something more from me?" She pleaded. "I'm still in love." Maggie said and it didn't take long for the woman to know what she was talking about.
