"You ever just want to" Billie started to say before the Raven-haired girl cut her off. "Escape?" She replied.

"Yes, get away from this homophobic place our parents just go" The blonde replied.

Maggie was in a different place she loved nature and art while Billie liked writing and music the girls where best friends, lovers, and whatever in between.

Trying to keep their secret to only themselves was hard sadly it wouldn't last after the last day they would spend in the sunflower field.

"It's getting dark we should go home." Maggie replied getting up brushing herself off. "I don't want to get up I want to kiss you forever I want to hold your hand in public, I want to show you off as my lover." The blonde replied.

Maggie wiped the blondes' tears as she kissed the woman. "And one day we will." Maggie replied smiling causing the blonde to cheer up. "Promise?" She asked. "I promise." Maggie replied as Billie got up brushing herself off.

Maggie proceeded to go home as Billie was greeted by her parents. "Hello mom, dad, finn" She replied smiling.

Nobody replied back. "Mom what's wrong?" Billie asked. "Have a seat" She replied in a rather expressionless tone.

Billie looked over to the table and saw her sunflower journal on the table and started to panic trying her best to look away.

That journal was something Billie wrote in about every detail of how she felt being in love with Maggie, every moment and small thing that made her smile was in that journal.

"We found this while cleaning your room." Finneas said.

"You went through my shit while I wasn't here?" Billie responded.

"That is no way to talk to your mother Billie!" Her father scolded.

"I knew that Maggie girl was trouble what did she do to my sweet innocent child." Billie's mother cried.

"MOM SHUT THE FUCK UP SHE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING OKAY DON'T BLAME HER!" Billie yelled. "I can't believe you're not thinking about your mothers' feelings and is still defending that dyke!" Her father yelled.

"I can't even look at you anymore you disgust me." Her mother said looking at her in disgust Billie had never seen her mom look that way especially at her, her own daughter.

"Go to your room!" Billie's father yelled causing Billie to flinch and storm of yelling down the hallway. "I hate you all!"

Some time had passed a couple of hours Billie sat in her room. Packing her bags all the clothes in a bag. She lifted her mattress and pulled out an envelope with around ten thousand dollars.

She shoved it into the bag, and she snuck out the house. Tears where brimming down her face as she ran as fast as she could sending Maggie a text to meet her at the sunflower field.

Billie was standing in the field for about ten minutes. "Billie?" Maggie called out as she immediately saw the blondes tear stained face.

"What's wrong my love? Is everything ok?" Maggie asked running over to the blonde. "They know Maggie." Billie said pacing back and forth.
