  (this was mediocrely edited sorry)

Okay, I finished Stellarlune the day it came out and my mind just went down a rabbit hole of theories so just bare with me. I'm going to mention quite a bit of mythology that I think could possibly relate to the man at the end of the book, elysian, nightfall, lodestar, and stellarlune

I have a lot more I have to go through later but that calls for me searching throughout the whole series which is something that I don't have the time for right now. Moving forward I'm going to share a lot of definitions that I think that could relate and where Shannon mightve pulled the plot from and Id like for yall to read through it so maybe you can understand my theory though process just a bit better.

Here's the definitions and information: if you just want my theories scroll till the block ends:

Quetzalcoatl: Light twin of the venus star, burned himself to death, represents life and death, needs human sacrifices to satisfy

Pleiades: 7 daughters of Atlas who held up the heavens, brightest star cluster, a river was rerouted to align with the cluster, were water gods, the cluster marked the alignment of the aztec calendars, celebrated by a fire ceremony for the sun rebirth they'd watch the stars until midnight then the star cluster would reach zenith (highest point in the sky) meaning that the world would be safe from demons coming down if they burned human sacrifices.

Zenith: point where there is the most power, point in the sky or celestial sphere directly above an observer, cam from arabic sarat ar-ar meaning path overhead and was the highest point in the heavens

Zenith heaven: opens up for immortality in two steps, 3 impurities shall be cut (touchstone?) and then suppressed to achieve perfection the second step is realizing true nature (sound familiar?)

Aldebaran: red eye, apart of the Pleides, the follower, sign of spring

Lodestar: guide star which symbol in the books had 16 prongs

Elysium: pt2: would also be known as the fortunate isles in the western ocean, would be reduced down to one Island, only wind over the plains, "preserved three times to keep souls free, follow zeus' road to the tower of cronus where ocean breezes blow around the island of the blessed and flowers of gold are blazing" fortunate isles are said to be in the atlantic ocean, sicily islands river of salex and libya are believed to be along the prime meridian

Rhadmanthus: one with the power to send people to elysian or tartarus, ruled crete

Shakti: primordial energy

Nox/Nyx (yk like from the flowers): night, beginning of creation, mother by hypnos of sleep, thanatos of death, erebus of darkness and aether of light. Practically anything with a keeper lore theme, nox imprisoned cronus, nyxisa is a mountain of venus
