Riley POV

"It's Election Day, Seabrook!" Principal Lee said over the intercom, "We have an assembly to hear from our presidential candidates, and it is going to be so good to see you all."

As me and Addie walked down the hall everyone looked at us...well mostly Addie, but you get the point, they were staring, okay? Anyways, it seemed like everyone was talking about Addie's new look. We then walked past the ACEYs, and they were not happy.

"Woah! Bad hair day?" Lacey commented.

"Bad hair life?" Stacy added.

"I think it looks great!" I responded, giving them a death stare.

"Yeah, not so much." JC said, as they all snapped their fingers.

"Addison, if you ever expect to be cheer captain-" Lacey started, before Addie cut her off.

"Well, maybe I don't. Maybe cheer team isn't for me after all."

The three of them gasped and walked away with shocked expressions on their faces. Before JC walked off he handed me a piece of paper. It read, "Call me ❤️" with his phone number next to it. 'Oh, please.' I thought before I crumbled it up and threw it into the trash, making sure he saw me do it.

"Addie!" We heard a voice call. We turned around to see Eliza running up to us. "I was up all night thinking!" She said, "You're not a werewolf, you can't be."

'Oh boy.'

"But I love midnight strolls." Addie responded.

"Yeah, you like sunsets too. That doesn't mean you're a vampire." Eliza said back.

"Liza..."

"Look. It's really hard being considered a monster. Trust me. Many people here just barely accept us."

"All I've ever wanted is to find my pack. And now I finally have." Addie said, lifting up the box containing the necklace, opening it, and handing it to Eliza.

"When I see the wolves, I'm going to put this on." She explained, "And tell Zed I can't make the debate, I need to find the wolves."

Addie gave Eliza a hug and then she walked off to find the wolves.

'Oh, she forgot her necklace.'

I took the box back from Eliza and called out for Addie. "You forgot this!" I yelled, waving the box.

She ran back to me and took the box back. "Thanks, Ry." She said, departing after giving me a kiss on the cheek.

Zed POV

Eliza seemed really nervous as we walked towards the gym, "You good?" I asked, "Your more nervous than I am." I joked.

"I'm fine." She replied, faking a smile. I decided not to bug her about and pushed open the doors to the gym, not prepared for what I was about to see. 'That bastard!' I thought, as I saw what Bucky did.

The fucker replaced my posters with ones of me zombied out and words that read, "Monster? Zed 4 Prez. You for dinner?". "Wow. How petty can someone be?!" Eliza exclaimed. "I won't let this get to me. I mean, hey, if he thinks this is necessary, then he must think I'm a threat to his success." I said, trying to remain hopeful.

"Alright, we don't have much time." I said, looking at some blue prints, "This is how sabotage the demolition and stop them,". "It's my responsibility to make sure we're all safe." Willa said, "We follow my lead."
