Riley POV

I finished filling up my suitcase, as my parents walked into my room. "Riley, there's something I have to share with you." Dad said, lifting up his own Luma Lens, "It's the last thing dad gave to me, before he passed."

Dad then closed his eyes, as blue light enveloped him. He emerged, looking just like grandpa and I.

"Your beautiful, Dad." I said, giving him a hug, Mom joining in a few seconds later. "We love you, baby." Mom sobbed, "We're gonna miss you so much."

"I'll miss you both, too." I said, "However, we're not staying, the aliens are bringing us back."

"Yeah, but you heard them. It's few months minimum and a few years maximum!" Mom said. "I'll be with you two, even though I'm not going to literally be here." I said, kissing Mom on the cheek.

Wyatt POV

"They're saying the alien ship is damaged." I told Willa and Wynter, walking up to them, "It might not survive a launch."

"It's not totally our fault." Wynter said, "We just wanted to stop them from leaving."

"Well serves them right for lying to us." Willa said. "We also lied when we first came here looking for the moonstone." I said, "If they acted the way we did, where would we be now?"

"Don't you get it? They're stealing from us. They're taking Riley and Addison." Willa said. "They're choosing to go with them to save at least one spices of aliens." I said back.

"Well...I don't want them to go." Willa said, her voice cracking.

"No matter how far away they go, they'll always be a part of our pack, Willa."

Riley POV

Addie and I walked up to the mothership and the aliens beamed down. "With the reactor damaged, there is a 67.9% chance that we won't have enough energy to leave orbit." A-Li said. "We must try. The longer we wait, the worse our odds." A-Lan added. "Okay." We replied.

Addie's cheer squad walked up to us and Bree handed Addie a pair of Pom-Poms.

"Think of me when you use them. They're supposed to shake, not me."

"We'll miss you, bestie." Addie said, giving Bree a hug. "I'll miss you both, extra-teresties." Bree joked.

Zed walked up to me, and I could see his eyes get glossy. "I'll miss you, Ry Ry." He said, with a faltering voice. "I'll miss you too, Zeddie. Don't worry, I'll be back." I said, trying to cheer him up.

"I know, but it...it could be wh-while." Zed replied, taking a hold of my hands. "Hey, it's okay. I-I have an idea." I said, "Give me your phone."

Zed handed me his phone and I held my Luma Lens up against it and it fired a beam upon it. "There, I upgraded your phone with alien tech. We can chat now!" I told him, handing his phone back. Zed said nothing, he just wrapped me in a hug and said, "I love you...so fucking much!"

"I love you too. To the ends of the universe."

We both heard footsteps approaching and another pair of arms joined in our hug. "I'm gonna miss you, Ry Ry!" Wyatt sobbed. We all stood there, embracing each other, knowing that it would be while before we saw each other in person again.

"Core reactors shutting down! Emergency Systems activated!" Mothership informed us. "We must leave now." A-Li said. "Even with our stardust reactors depleted, we must risk it." A-Lan said.

"That reminds me." Wyatt said, wiping away his tears. We heard howls and a car horn and turned to see Bonzo driving a truck with something on the back and almost the whole town behind him. "My rage will not be contained! You will not stop us from getting to Utopia!" A-Li yelled.
